奇数段クラッチ24の場合・・・リニアソレノイドバルブ(LSA)70fの低圧フェール(故障)、シフトバルブ(SHA)70maのオン故障、油圧センサ94の特性異常(故障)。
偶数段クラッチ26の場合・・・リニアソレノイドバルブ(LSB)70gの低圧フェール(故障)、シフトバルブ(SHB)70naのオン故障、油圧センサ96の特性異常(故障)。
Claims (3)
- 車両(1)に搭載される駆動源(10)にクラッチ(24,26)を介して接続される入力軸(14,16,20,22)と、前記入力軸と平行に配置される出力軸(28)と、前記入力軸と出力軸との間に配置される複数個の変速ギア(32,..)と、前記複数個の変速ギアのいずれかを前記入力軸または出力軸に締結して複数の変速段のいずれかを確立可能なギア締結機構(60)と、オイルポンプ(70c)から吐出される油圧をライン圧に調圧する第1調圧バルブ(70d,70k)と、前記第1調圧バルブによって調圧されたライン圧を前記クラッチ用のクラッチ油圧に調圧する第2調圧バルブ(70f,70g)と、前記第1調圧バルブによって調圧されたライン圧を前記複数個のギア締結機構用のギア締結油圧に調圧する第3調圧バルブ(70h,70i)と、ソレノイドバルブ(70ma,70na)とを備え、前記ソレノイドバルブが消磁される非作動時には前記第2調圧バルブによって調圧されたクラッチ油圧と前記第3調圧バルブによって調圧されたギア締結油圧を前記クラッチと前記ギア締結機構に向けて出力する一方、前記ソレノイドバルブが励磁される作動時には前記第2調圧バルブによって調圧されたクラッチ油圧を第1油路を介して前記複数個のギア締結機構の一つに出力可能な第1シフトバルブ(70m,70n)と、前記第1シフトバルブの下流に配置され、前記第1シフトバルブから出力されたギア締結油圧を前記第1油路と異なる第2油路を介して前記複数個のギア締結機構に選択的に供給する第2シフトバルブ(70o,70p,70q)と、前記複数個のギア締結機構の作動状態を検出する作動状態検出手段(102,82,84,86)と、前記第2調圧バルブによって調圧されたクラッチ油圧を検出する油圧検出手段(94,96)とを備えた自動変速機(T)の故障判定装置(74)において、前記油圧検出手段によって検出された前記クラッチ油圧が規定圧より低いと判断される場合、前記ソレノイドバルブを励磁して前記クラッチ油圧を前記第1油路を介して前記複数個のギア締結機構の一つに出力させて前記作動状態検出手段の出力から前記複数個のギア締結機構の一つが作動するか否か判定し、作動しないと判定されたときは前記第2調圧バルブ(70f,70g)の故障と判定する一方(S10からS18)、作動すると判定されたときは前記ソレノイドバルブ(70ma,70na)の励磁状態に固着するオン故障と油圧検出手段(94,96)の故障の少なくともいずれかが生じたと判定する故障判定を実行する故障判定実行手段(S20からS26)とを備えたことを特徴とする自動変速機の故障判定装置。
- 前記故障判定手段は、前記故障判定において、前記複数個のギア締結機構の一つが作動すると判定されたとき、前記ソレノイドバルブ(70ma,70na)を消磁して前記第3調圧バルブ(70h,70i)によって調圧されたギア締結油圧を前記第2シフトバルブ(70o,70p,70q)から前記第2油路を介して前記一つと異なるギア締結機構に出力させて前記作動状態検出手段の出力から前記一つと異なるギア締結機構が作動するか否か判定し、作動しないと判定されたときは前記ソレノイドバルブ(70ma,70na)に励磁状態に固着するオン故障が生じたと判定する一方、作動すると判定されたときは前記油圧検出手段(94,96)の故障が生じたと判定する(S20からS26)ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の自動変速機の故障判定装置。
- 前記故障判定手段は、前記故障判定において、前記複数個のギア締結機構のいずれかがインギア位置にあるときは前記第2シフトバルブ(70o,70p,70q)を介してニュートラル位置に制御すると共に、前記作動状態検出手段の出力から前記複数個のギア締結機構のいずれかが前記ニュートラル位置に移動したか否か判定し、移動しないと判定されたときは前記ソレノイドバルブ(70ma,70na))に励磁状態に固着するオン故障が生じたと判定する一方、移動したと判定されたときは前記ソレノイドバルブ(70ma,70na)が正常であると判定する(S100からS110)ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の自動変速機の故障判定装置。
