Claims (10)
- ガスタービンエンジン(10)の支持構造体(108)に対してロータ軸(106)を支持するための軸受組立体(100)であって、
外側レース(116)および内側レース(114)を含む軸受(112)と、
前記外側レース(116)と前記ガスタービンエンジン(10)の前記支持構造体(108)との間を半径方向に延在するように構成された外側軸受ハウジング(102)と、
前記軸受(112)の前記内側レース(114)に隣接して配置されるように構成された外側支持体端部(146)と前記ロータ軸(106)に回転可能に結合されるように構成された内側支持体端部(144)との間を半径方向に延在する内側軸受支持体(104)であって、前記内側支持体端部(144)と前記外側支持体端部(146)との間を半径方向に延在する第1のばねアーム(164)および第2のばねアーム(166)を含み、前記第1のばねアーム(164)が、補剛リブ(168)から前記外側支持体端部(146)の方へ半径方向外向きに延在し、かつ前記第2のばねアーム(166)が、前記補剛リブ(168)から前記内側支持体端部(144)の方へ半径方向内向きに延在するように、前記第1のばねアーム(164)を前記第2のばねアーム(166)から分ける前記補剛リブ(168)をさらに含む内側軸受支持体(104)と

- 前記内側軸受支持体(104)が、前記内側支持体端部(144)に配置された取付リング(150)を含み、前記取付リング(150)が、取付レース(162)によって前記ロータ軸(106)に回転可能に結合されるように構成される、請求項1記載の軸受組立体(100)。
- 前記取付リング(150)が、半径方向に延在する複数のピン(172)を用いて前記取付レース(162)に結合され、前記ピン(172)が、所定の荷重閾値を超えるモーメント荷重が前記ロータ軸(106)を通じて伝達されると、破断するように構成される、請求項4記載の軸受組立体(100)。
- 摺動接触部が、前記取付リング(150)と前記取付レース(162)との間に画定される、請求項4記載の軸受組立体(100)。
- 前記外側軸受ハウジング(102)が、前記支持構造体(108)に結合されるように構成された外側ハウジング端部(122)と、前記軸受(112)の前記外側レース(116)に隣接して配置されるように構成された内側ハウジング端部(120)との間を半径方向に延在し、前記外側軸受ハウジング(102)が、前記内側ハウジング端部(120)と前記外側ハウジング端部(122)との間を延在する第1のハウジングばねアーム(138)および第2のハウジングばねアーム(140)を含む、請求項1記載の軸受組立体(100)。
- 前記第1のハウジングばねアーム(138)が、補剛リング(142)と前記外側ハウジング端部(122)との間を延在し、かつ前記第2のハウジングばねアーム(140)が、前記補剛リング(142)と前記内側ハウジング端部(120)との間を延在するように、前記外側軸受ハウジング(102)が、前記第1のハウジングばねアーム(138)を前記第2のハウジングばねアーム(140)から分ける前記補剛リング(142)をさらに含む、請求項7記載の軸受組立体(100)。
- 前記補剛リング(142)が、前記内側ハウジング端部(120)および前記外側ハウジング端部(122)から軸方向に離間するように、前記第1のハウジングばねアーム(138)および前記第2のハウジングばねアーム(140)が、前記内側ハウジング端部(120)および前記外側ハウジング端部(122)に対して軸方向に延在する、請求項8記載の軸受組立体(100)。
- 前記外側軸受ハウジング(102)が、前記支持構造体(108)に結合されるように構成された前記外側ハウジング端部(122)に配置された取付フランジ(126)を含み、前記外側軸受ハウジング(102)が、前記軸受(112)の前記外側レース(116)に結合されるように構成された前記内側ハウジング端部(120)に配置された外側軸受リング(124)を含む、請求項7記載の軸受組立体(100)。
