Description
図1は本発明の第1の実施形態による挟み込み検知装置を備えた開閉体装置のブロック図である。開閉体装置1は、開閉体2、モータ3、回転速度検出部4、及び挟み込み検知装置5を備える。本実施形態では、開閉体装置1は車両用の開閉体装置を想定している。開閉体2は、本実施形態ではサンルーフを想定しているが、後述する説明から分かるように、本発明はスライドドア、パワーウィンドウ等、他の開閉体における挟み込み検知構成にも適用できる。
ステップS100において、所定条件判定部504が、所定条件が成立しているか否かを判断する。所定条件が成立している場合(ステップS100、Yes)、処理はステップS101に進む。
上記第1の実施形態では、基準温度データと駆動温度データの相対関係に基づいて検知閾値を補正する構成を示したが、本実施形態では、基準温度データと駆動温度データの相対関係に基づいて駆動負荷データを補正する構成を示す。図7は本発明の第2の実施形態による挟み込み検知装置を備えた開閉体装置のブロック図である。本実施形態は、挟み込み検知装置5以外の構成は第1の実施形態のものと同様であるのでその説明を省略する。
ステップS300において、所定条件判定部504が、所定条件が成立しているか否かを判断する。所定条件が成立している場合(ステップS300、Yes)、処理はステップS301に進む。

Claims (9)
- モータにより作動される開閉体の挟み込み検知装置であって、
所定時における前記開閉体の閉動作時のモータ回転速度及び環境温度に基づいて負荷データを演算し、該負荷データ及び該環境温度をそれぞれ基準負荷データ及び基準温度データとして記憶する基準データ記憶部と、
前記基準負荷データの記憶後における前記開閉体の閉動作時のモータ回転速度及び環境温度に基づいて駆動負荷データ及び駆動温度データを演算する駆動負荷演算部と、
前記基準負荷データと前記駆動負荷データとの差と、前記開閉体の挟み込みを判定するために設定された閾値との比較結果に基づいて挟み込み発生を判定するとともに、前記基準温度データと前記駆動温度データとの相対関係に基づいて、前記基準負荷データと前記駆動負荷データとの差と前記閾値との相対関係を補正するように構成された挟み込み判定部とを備えた挟み込み検知装置において、
前記基準温度データと前記駆動温度データとの差分が所定範囲内にない場合に、前記挟み込み判定部における比較処理が無効化されるとともに、前記モータによる前記開閉体の閉作動を禁止するように構成された挟み込み検知装置。 - 請求項1に記載の挟み込み検知装置において、前記所定時が、前記モータにおいて所定条件が成立した時である、挟み込み検知装置。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の挟み込み検知装置において、前記挟み込み判定部が、前記基準温度データと前記駆動温度データの相対関係に基づいて前記閾値を補正するように構成された挟み込み検知装置。
- 請求項3に記載の挟み込み検知装置において、前記閾値の補正における補正量が、前記基準温度データから前記駆動温度データへの変化に対する正関数として規定された、挟み込み検知装置。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の挟み込み検知装置において、前記挟み込み判定部が、前記基準温度データと前記駆動温度データの相対関係に基づいて前記駆動負荷データを補正するように構成された挟み込み検知装置。
- 請求項5に記載の挟み込み検知装置において、前記駆動負荷データの補正における補正量が、前記基準温度データから前記駆動温度データへの変化に対する負関数として規定された、挟み込み検知装置。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の挟み込み検知装置において、前記基準データ記憶部が前記基準負荷データを所定のタイミングで更新するように構成された挟み込み検知装置。
- 請求項7に記載の挟み込み検知装置において、前記基準負荷データの記憶後における前記開閉体の閉動作において、挟み込みの発生が検知されずに該閉動作が終了しかつ所定条件が成立していた場合に、該閉動作において得られた前記駆動負荷データが新たな基準負荷データとして書き換えられるように構成された挟み込み検知装置。
- 前記開閉体と、前記モータと、該モータの回転速度を検出する回転速度検出部と、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の挟み込み検知装置とを備えた開閉体装置。
