Description

チャンバの内圧を保持するために、カプセルの下端部に配置されカプセルを密閉するアルミニウム膜であって、チャンバの内圧が一定の所定値に達したときにアルミニウム膜に注出孔を開けるための穿孔手段に付随するアルミニウム膜と、を備え、
流体噴流を乱し、それによってカプセル内に注入される流体の噴流の速度を低下させ、その流体を物質層全体にわたって低下した速度で分散させるように構成された手段を随意に備える。マシンのタンク内の水位が十分な飲料を調製するには低すぎるときを使用者が知ることは、非常に重要である。
(i)円弧セグメント状の全体形状を有するガス水分バリア性の平坦なラベルを用意するステップと、
(ii)円錐台形状を有するパンチの周囲に平坦なラベルを配置し、次いで円錐台形のラベルバンドに形成するステップと、
(iii)ラベルバンドの小さい頂端を、その頂端を内方に変形させ内方段縁部を作るようにパンチングする随意のステップと、
(iv)ラベルバンドをラベルバンドの内方段縁部で金型の内部に配置し、そして金型を閉じるステップと、
(v)金型の内部に熱可塑性材料を注入し、それによって金型の外面にラベルを付けられた1層式の熱可塑性のカプセル体を形成するステップであって、カプセル体が、側壁と、注出開口部で開口する下壁とを備えており、さらに側壁と下壁との間に配置されて内方に向けられた周縁段部を随意に備えており、ラベルが、カプセル体の側壁の外面を覆い、その周縁段部の外面を随意に覆うようにするステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする。
Claims (8)
- 可溶性および/または抽出可能な食品原材料塊を封入するための閉鎖されたチャンバを形成する、飲料調製マシンで使用する飲料調製カプセル(11)であって、
(i)側壁(12)と注出開口部(14)で開口する下壁(13)とを有するカプセル体であって、前記カプセル体の壁が、ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポリエチレン(PE)、ポリスチレン(PS)、ポリカーボネート(PC)、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、またはポリ乳酸(PLA)でなるリストから選択された、射出成形された油ベースまたはバイオマスベースの熱可塑性材料を含み、前記カプセル体の壁が、内方に向けられた周縁段部(19)をさらに備え、前記周縁段部(19)が前記側壁と前記下壁との間に配置される、カプセル体と、
(ii)抽出用液体を加圧下で前記チャンバ内に注入するようになっている、前記飲料調製マシンの注入手段(N)によって穿孔可能なガス水分不透過性の上膜(15)と、
(iii)前記下壁(13)の付近で前記カプセル体の内側に封着されたガス水分不透過性の下膜(16)と、
(iv)前記抽出用液体の注入中に前記チャンバ内の液体圧が上昇する影響下で前記下膜と相対係合することによって前記チャンバを開放するようになっている手段(18)と、を備える飲料調製カプセル(11)において、
前記カプセル体の内面または外面が、前記カプセル体の壁にインモールドラベリングによって恒久的に装着されるガス不透過性のラベル(20)で少なくとも部分的に覆われ、前記ラベルが、前記ラベル付けされた当該飲料調製カプセルが気密性かつ湿密性となるような三次元形状を有し、
前記ラベル(20)が、前記カプセル体の側壁(12)の外面と前記周縁段部(19)の外面と前記カプセル体の下壁(13)の外面とを覆い、
前記下膜の外径が、前記周縁段部の領域における前記ラベルの内径より大きく、それによって前記周縁段部の領域において前記下膜と前記ラベルとの間に重複部分(「Op」)が作られることを特徴とする、飲料調製カプセル(11)。 - 前記ラベル(20)が、ガス水分不透過性のラベルを備える、請求項1に記載の飲料調製カプセル(11)。
- 前記重複部分の幅が1〜3mmである、請求項1または2に記載の飲料調製カプセル(11)。
- 前記周縁段部が、当該飲料調製カプセルの垂直対称軸線を基準として水平である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の飲料調製カプセル(11)。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の飲料調製カプセル(11)の本体を製作するプロセスにおいて、順番に、
(i)円弧セグメント状の全体形状を有するガス水分バリア性の平坦なラベル(20)を用意するステップと、
(ii)円錐台形状を有するコア(21、21’)の周囲に平坦な前記ラベルを配置し、次いで円錐台形のラベルバンドに形成するステップと、
(iii)前記ラベルバンドの小さい頂端を、前記頂端を内方に変形させ内方段縁部(24)を作るようにパンチングするステップと、
(iv)前記ラベルバンドを前記ラベルバンドの前記内方段縁部(24)で金型の内部に配置し、そして前記金型を閉じるステップと、
(v)前記金型の内部に熱可塑性材料を注入し、それによって内面または外面に前記ラベルを付けられた1層式の熱可塑性のカプセル体を形成するステップであって、前記カプセル体が、側壁と、注出開口部で開口する下壁とを備えており、さらに前記側壁と前記下壁との間に配置されて内方に向けられた周縁段部を備えており、前記ラベルが、前記カプセル体の側壁の内面または外面ならびに前記周縁段部の内面または外面ならびに前記カプセル体の下壁の内面または外面を覆うようにするステップと、を含み、
前記カプセル体の内側には、前記下壁の付近にガス水分不透過性の下膜が封着され、前記下膜の外径が、前記周縁段部の領域における前記ラベルの内径より大きく、それによって前記周縁段部の領域において前記下膜と前記ラベルとの間に重複部分(「Op」)が作られることを特徴とするプロセス。 - 前記ラベルが前記円弧セグメントの最短の縁部にフリンジを備え、したがって、前記パンチングするステップでは、前記フリンジを内方に曲げて、隣り合うフリンジ同士の間に少なくとも部分的な重複部分を作る、請求項5に記載のプロセス。
- 前記フリンジが、前記ラベルの前記円弧セグメントの前記縁部に対して垂直に接線方向に配置される、請求項6に記載のプロセス。
- 前記フリンジが、前記ラベルの前記円弧セグメントの前記縁部に対して斜めに接線方向に配置される、請求項6に記載のプロセス。
