Claims (36)
- 創傷の開きに適応するようサイズおよび形状が決められた創傷充填材料であって、前記創傷充填材料に負圧がかけられると第2方向と相対的な第1方向に少なくとも沿って選択的に収縮するように構成された創傷充填材料を備える、負圧創傷閉鎖器具であって、
前記創傷充填材料が、y軸に沿った長さ寸法、x軸に沿った幅寸法、およびz軸に沿った高さ寸法を有しており、
前記創傷充填材料が、少なくとも1つの第1方向への収縮を可能とし、前記第2方向への収縮を妨げるための、網状構造の相互接続された複数の安定化要素を含む安定化構造を有しており、前記安定化構造が、前記高さ寸法の収縮を妨げ、且つ、x−y平面への前記創傷充填材料の収縮を制限し、
前記網状構造の相互接続された複数の安定化要素が、前記創傷充填材料が収縮する際に互いに対して関節動作できるように結合されている、負圧創傷閉鎖器具。 - 前記負圧創傷閉鎖器具が、前記創傷充填材料の外周面に延在する組織把持表面をさらに備えており、前記組織把持表面が、外方に突出する複数の組織固定器を有し、前記組織固定器が、前記創傷の開きの縁において組織と接触し、前記創傷充填材料に対し前記負圧がかけられると前記創傷の前記縁において前記組織を変位させるように構成され、前記創傷の閉鎖を促進させるようになっている、請求項1に記載の負圧創傷閉鎖器具。

- 前記創傷の開きの縁において組織と接触し、前記創傷充填材料に対し前記負圧がかけられると前記創傷の前記縁において前記組織を変位させるように構成され、前記創傷の閉鎖を促進させるようになっている外周面をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の負圧創傷閉鎖器具。
- 前記創傷の開きの縁において組織と接触し、前記創傷充填材料に対し前記負圧がかけられると前記創傷の前記縁において前記組織を変位させるように構成され、前記創傷の閉鎖を促進させるようになっている、外方に突出する複数の組織固定器をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の負圧創傷閉鎖器具。
