なる不等式の条件が必須となる。
また、肩部115の径寸法D2については、出願人の経験値から導き出された安全上の基準から、
D2=dp−2×D×cos45°
ただし、D:ローラ径、dp:ローラピッチ円径とする。 ・・・ (数2)
なる数式条件を満足する必要がある。
そして、(数1)に(数2)を代入して得られる
D1>dp−2×D×cos45° ・・・ (数3)
なる不等式を満足するように、本発明に係る回転テーブル装置を設計する必要がある。

なる不等式の条件が必須となる。
Claims (6)
- 取付基準となるベース部と、
駆動源であるモータと、
前記モータからの回転駆動力によって回転可能とされる回転駆動軸と、
前記ベース部に固定設置される円環形をした内輪と、当該内輪の外周側に配置される外輪と、前記内輪と前記外輪との間で周方向にわたって形成される軌道空間に転動自在に配設される複数の転動体と、を有して構成されるクロスローラベアリングと、
を備え、
前記回転駆動軸の軸端部に形成されるピニオンギアと、前記外輪に形成されるラックギアとが噛合し、前記回転駆動軸からの回転駆動力が前記外輪に伝達されることで前記外輪が回転駆動する回転テーブル装置であって、
前記外輪は、前記内輪の側面を覆う中空円筒形状として形成され、かつ、前記中空円筒形状の一方側に外部部材を載置可能なテーブル部を備えるとともに、前記中空円筒形状の他方側の全周にわたって形成される前記ラックギアと一体であることを特徴とする回転テーブル装置。 - 請求項1に記載の回転テーブル装置において、
前記ラックギアが形成された前記外輪の回転中心軸に対して、前記ピニオンギアが形成された前記回転駆動軸の回転中心軸が所定量オフセットして配置された状態で、前記ピニオンギアと前記ラックギアとが噛合していることを特徴とする回転テーブル装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の回転テーブル装置において、
前記ベース部が、前記内輪を固定設置するための段付き形状からなる肩部を備えていることを特徴とする回転テーブル装置。 - 請求項3に記載の回転テーブル装置において、
前記ラックギアの内径寸法をD1、
前記肩部の径寸法をD2、
としたときに、
D1>D2
なる不等式の条件が成立するように構成されていることを特徴とする回転テーブル装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の回転テーブル装置において、
前記ラックギアの内径寸法をD1、
前記外輪の内径寸法をD3、
としたときに、
D1≧D3
なる不等式の条件が成立するように構成されていることを特徴とする回転テーブル装置。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の回転テーブル装置において、
前記内輪と前記外輪との間に配置される円環形をした第一のシール部材と、
前記回転駆動軸に配置される円環形をした第二のシール部材と、
を備え、
前記第一のシール部材は、前記外輪に接触する外方リップ部を有して前記内輪に設置され、
前記第二のシール部材は、前記回転駆動軸に接触する内方リップ部を有して前記回転駆動軸を支持する軸受の近傍に設置されることを特徴とする回転テーブル装置。
