Abstract
Description
従来、センサの製造工程は困難であるため、取付け工程も複雑である上、異なる車種には使用することができず、センサの電圧出力値の範囲を制御することは容易でなかった。
そのため、ペダリング効率を最大限にするためには、ペダルをふむ力が最大となる位置が3時の方向付近であるか否かに注意しなければならず、ペダルの位置が9時の方向にあるときに、足部を円滑かつ迅速に通過させることができるか否かに注意する必要がある。これら2つの要素はペダリング効率に大きく影響する。
本発明のもう一つの目的は、両足の踏力を測定することができる上、力の測定範囲が大きく、組立てが容易で、様々なメーカーの車種に汎用可能で、センサを軽量化することができる自転車の動態気圧測定システムを提供することにある。
図1〜図3に示すように、本発明の一実施形態に係る自転車の動態気圧測定システムは、動態気圧測定装置1と、受信装置2と、を含む。動態気圧測定装置1は、少なくとも1つの気圧測定モジュール11と、処理モジュール12と、伝送モジュール13と、を含む。気圧測定モジュール11は、自転車のタイヤの気圧変化データを測定するために用いる。タイヤ気圧変化データは、少なくとも一定時間内の気体圧力波形を含む。
図6Aは、複数の気圧ピーク値を示す。図6Bは、気体圧力波形を拡大した後の気圧ピーク値の位置を示す。気圧ピーク値は、ペダリングされたことを表し、2つの気圧ピーク値間の時間はPtである。ケイデンスはCADであり、次式(1)で表される。
(1)タイヤ内又はタイヤ上に動態気圧測定装置を取付け、動態気圧測定装置が有する気圧測定モジュールが様々なパラメータを介して自転車の車速を得ることができる上、ケイデンスメーター、パワーメーターなどの様々なセンサの機能を代替し、コストを下げて自転車の重量を大幅に減らすことができるため、元々のフレームの外観設計に悪影響を与えることがない。
(2)全てのタイプの自転車の車輪内又は車輪上に応用することができる上、データを高頻度でキャプチャした後、波変化量及び高さ変化量に基づいて自転車の走行過程におけるペダリング効率を分析して計算し、その演算結果を受信装置に表示し、リアルタイムで運動情報をユーザに知らせることができる。
(3)両足の踏力を測定することができる上、力の測定範囲が大きく、組立てが容易で、様々なメーカーの車種に汎用可能で、センサを軽量化することができ、ターンオン電圧値を補正する必要がないなどの長所を有する。

Claims (8)
- 動態気圧測定装置及び受信装置を備える自転車の動態気圧測定システムであって、
前記動態気圧測定装置は、自転車のタイヤ内又はタイヤ上に設置されるとともに、少なくとも1つの気圧測定モジュールと、処理モジュールと、伝送モジュールと、を含み、
前記気圧測定モジュールは、自転車のタイヤ気圧変化データを測定するために用い、前記タイヤ気圧変化データは、一定時間内の気体圧力波形を含み、
前記処理モジュールは、前記気圧測定モジュールと電気的に接続され、前記気圧測定モジュールの動作を制御し、前記気圧測定モジュールは、前記タイヤ気圧変化データを処理モジュールへ送信し、前記処理モジュールは、前記タイヤ気圧変化データから自転車の動作過程でのケイデンス及び踏力を演算し、気体圧力波形中の気圧ピーク値から判断分析してケイデンス及び踏力を得て、
前記伝送モジュールは、前記処理モジュールと電気的に接続され、前記処理モジュールの演算結果を送信し、
前記受信装置は、前記伝送モジュールが送信する演算結果を受信し、リアルタイムで運動情報を表示することを特徴とする、
自転車の動態気圧測定システム。 - 前記処理モジュールは、ケイデンス分析ユニットを含み、前記ケイデンス分析ユニットは、一定期間内の気体圧力波形中の少なくとも2つの気圧ピーク間の時間をキャプチャし、自転車のケイデンスを計算することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自転車の動態気圧測定システム。
- 前記処理モジュールは、踏力分析ユニットを含み、前記踏力分析ユニットは、一定期間内の気体圧力波形中の気圧ピーク値の大きさをキャプチャし、自転車のライダーの踏力値を計算することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自転車の動態気圧測定システム。
- 前記受信装置は手持ち式スマート装置であり、前記手持ち式スマート装置には、アプリケーションがインストールされ、前記アプリケーションは、前記伝送モジュールが送信する演算結果を受信し、前記アプリケーション上に表示し、前記アプリケーションによりリアルタイムで運動情報をユーザに提供することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自転車の動態気圧測定システム。
- 動態気圧測定装置及び受信装置を備える自転車の動態気圧測定システムであって、
前記動態気圧測定装置は、自転車のタイヤ上に設置されるとともに、少なくとも1つの気圧測定モジュールと、処理モジュールと、伝送モジュールと、を含み、
