Description
本発明で用いられるガス発生剤は、光応答性又は熱応答性を有し、光又は熱応答性ガス発生剤である。上記ガス発生剤は、光応答性を有していてもよく、熱応答性を有していてもよく、光応答性ガス発生剤を含んでいてもよく、熱応答性ガス発生剤を含んでいてもよい。上記ガス発生剤は、アゾ化合物又はアジド化合物を含むことが好ましい。上記ガス発生剤は、アゾ化合物であってもよく、アジド化合物であってもよい。上記ガス発生剤は、1種のみが用いられてもよく、2種以上が併用されてもよい。
上記ガス発生材層にバインダー樹脂が含まれていることにより、上記ガス発生剤を含むガス発生材を用いてガス発生材層を形成することが容易になる。また、上記ガス発生材層を接着対象部材に接着させることができる。また、上記ガス発生剤を上記ガス発生材層中に強固に保持することができる。上記熱発生材層も、バインダー樹脂を含んでいてもよい。上記バインダー樹脂は、1種のみが用いられてもよく、2種以上が併用されてもよい。
上記熱を発生する化合物としては、酸化カルシウム、鉄、金属粒子、カーボンナノチューブや、フラーレン等の炭素化合物等が挙げられる。酸化カルシウムに水を加えると発熱反応が起こる。鉄は酸化により発熱する。上記熱を発生する化合物は1種のみが用いられてもよく、2種以上が併用されてもよい。金属微粒子やカーボンナノチューブ等は、ガス発生層に含ませてレーザー等で発熱させてもよい。

Claims (6)
- 第1の凹部を第1の表面側に有するベースフィルム(但し、前記ベースフィルムとして多孔性部材を除く)と、
前記ベースフィルムの前記第1の表面上に、前記第1の凹部内を含むように配置されており、かつ光又は熱応答性ガス発生剤及びバインダー樹脂を含むガス発生材層とを備える、ガス発生テープ。 - 前記光又は熱応答性ガス発生剤が、アゾ化合物又はアジド化合物を含む、請求項1に記載のガス発生テープ。
- 前記ベースフィルムの前記第1の表面とは反対の第2の表面上に配置されており、かつ熱を発生する化合物を含む熱発生材層を備える、請求項1又は2に記載のガス発生テープ。
- 前記ベースフィルムが、第2の凹部を前記第2の表面側に有し、
前記ベースフィルムの前記第2の表面上に、前記第2の凹部内を含むように、前記熱発生材層が配置されている、請求項3に記載のガス発生テープ。 - 前記ベースフィルムは前記第1の凹部を複数有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のガス発生テープ。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のガス発生テープと、
マイクロ流路が形成された基材とを備え、
前記ガス発生テープは、前記ガス発生テープにおいて発生したガスが前記マイクロ流路に供給されるように配置されている、マイクロポンプ。
