Claims (5)
- 内部に高圧の流体が収容される角形のタンク本体(200)と、
前記タンク本体(200)の内部に設けられ、互いに直交するX軸方向、Y軸方向及びZ軸方向にそれぞれ延びる複数個のX字状ビームが格子状に形成されたXビーム構造物(100)と、を含む圧力タンクであって、
前記複数個のX字状ビームは、それぞれ、前記X軸方向、前記Y軸方向及び前記Z軸方向のいずれかに沿った互いに直交する2つのアームを含むX字状の断面を有し、
前記Xビーム構造物(100)は、前記複数個のX字状ビームのうち前記X軸方向に延びるX軸ビームと前記Y軸方向に延びるY軸ビームと前記Z軸方向に延びるZ軸ビームとが接する複数個の交差部(130)を含み、
前記複数個の交差部(130)は、それぞれ、前記X軸ビーム、前記Y軸ビーム及び前記Z軸ビームのうちの1つが連続して形成されたメイン軸(110)に、前記X軸ビーム、前記Y軸ビーム及び前記Z軸ビームのうちの前記メイン軸(110)以外のビームである複数のサブ軸(120)の端部が結合かつ溶接されたものであり、
前記複数のサブ軸(120)の前記端部は、それぞれ、
前記2つのアームの一方が、当該アームと直交する方向から見て三角形状の、前記メイン軸(110)に結合する方向に突出する突出部(121)を有し、前記突出部(121)の中央に、前記メイン軸(110)の前記2つのアームの一方が挿入されるスリット状の挿入部(122)が形成されており、
前記2つのアームの他方が、前記突出部(121)及び前記挿入部(122)を有さず、当該アームと直交する方向から見て前記メイン軸(110)の延在方向に沿った直線状の端面を有し、
前記突出部(121)の前記挿入部(122)を挟む2つの傾斜部の端面、前記挿入部(122)の前記メイン軸(110)の一方のアームと接触する端面、及び、前記他方のアームの前記端面が、それぞれ、先細りの断面形状を有し、
前記複数の交差部(130)は、それぞれ、互いに隣接する前記サブ軸(120)の前記突出部(121)の前記端面間、各サブ軸(120)の前記挿入部(122)の前記端面と前記メイン軸(110)の一方のアームとの間、及び、各サブ軸(120)の前記他方のアームの前記端面と前記メイン軸(110)の一方のアームの端面との間が、それぞれ、前記先細りの断面形状によって形成された溝を介して、溶接されており、
前記タンク本体(200)のタンク壁(210)に、前記X字状の断面と同じ形状のビーム構造物ホール(211)が穿孔されており、前記ビーム構造物ホール(211)に前記X字状ビームの一端が挿入されて前記タンク本体(200)の外側に突出し、
前記タンク壁(210)の外周面に、格子状の補強部材(220)が設けられ、前記補強部材(220)と前記X字状ビームの前記一端とが溶接されていることを特徴とする、圧力タンク。 - 複数の前記X軸ビームが同一平面上に等間隔に配置され、
複数の前記Y軸ビームが同一平面上に等間隔に配置され、
複数の前記Z軸ビームが同一平面上に等間隔に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の圧力タンク。 - 前記交差部(130)の先端部面にブラケット141、142が溶接されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の圧力タンク。
- 前記Xビーム構造物(100)は、前記タンク本体(200)の一側壁から対向する他側壁に至り、規則的に直交配列されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の圧力タンク。
- 前記タンク壁(210)から前記タンク壁(210)に隣接した前記交差部(130)までの距離と、前記交差部(130)間の距離とが、互いに相違することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の圧力タンク。
