Claims (8)
- フランジ部を有する軸対称体を製造する方法であって、
レーザ金属肉盛りにより、母材の径方向外側または径方向内側を向く周面上に複数のビードからなる環状の初層であって前記ビードの幅の2倍以上の幅の初層を形成する工程と、
レーザ金属肉盛りにより、前記初層上に各々が複数のビードからなる複数の環状の嵩上層を積層する工程と、
を含む、軸対称体の製造方法。 - 前記初層を、前記母材の周方向に延びるビードを前記母材の軸方向に並べることによって形成し、
前記複数の嵩上層のそれぞれを、前記母材の周方向に延びるビードを前記母材の軸方向に並べることによって形成する、請求項1に記載の軸対称体の製造方法。 - 前記初層を、前記母材を冷却しながら形成し、
前記複数の嵩上層のそれぞれを、前記母材を冷却しながら形成する、請求項1または2に記載の軸対称体の製造方法。 - 前記複数の嵩上層のそれぞれを、前記初層の形成と異なる条件で形成する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の軸対称体の製造方法。
- 前記母材はチタン合金からなる、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の軸対称体の製造方法。
- 前記レーザ金属肉盛りは、金属粉体を用いたものである、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の軸対称体の製造方法。
- 前記母材は、テーパー状の胴部と前記胴部の大径側の端部から内向きに突出する環状壁を有し、前記胴部の中間位置に前記初層を形成する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の軸対称体の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法により得られた軸対称体に機械加工を施して、前記軸対称体から軸対称製品を削り出す、軸対称製品の製造方法。
