Claims (3)
- 1又は複数の電線からなる低圧ケーブルと、1又は複数の電線からなり前記低圧ケーブルよりも高い電圧が印加される高圧ケーブルとを有し、これらケーブルを集束したシールドハーネスにおいて、
前記高圧ケーブルの周囲を空隙を介して覆って電磁シールドする筒状のシールド部材と、
前記シールド部材及び前記低圧ケーブルの周囲を覆う筒状の保護部材と、を備え、
前記シールド部材と前記保護部材とは一部が接着又は融着されている
ことを特徴とするシールドハーネス。 - 車体フレームの外側となる車体床下を通って配索される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシールドハーネス。 - 筒状の保護部材内に電磁シールドする筒状のシールド部材を接着又は融着する第1工程と、
前記第1工程にて接着又は融着されたシールド部材外に1又は複数の電線からなる低圧ケーブルを挿通し、当該シールド部材内に1又は複数の電線からなり前記低圧ケーブルよりも高い電圧が印加される高圧ケーブルを挿通する第2工程と、
を有することを特徴とするシールドハーネスの製造方法。
