Claims (24)
- ポリアクリル酸から構成される第一の重合体材料;
ポリテトラメチレンエーテルグリコールから構成される第二の重合体材料;および
ビニル官能基を有する1種以上の化学種
から構成される、ヒドロゲルであって、
前記第一の重合体材料と前記第二の重合体材料は水素結合している、ヒドロゲル。 - 前記第一の重合体材料および前記第二の重合体材料のうち少なくとも1つは、ホモ重合体である、請求項1に記載のヒドロゲル。
- ビニル官能基を有する前記1種以上の化学種のうち少なくとも1種は、アクリル酸、メチルアクリル酸、ビニルアルコール、酢酸ビニル、アクリル酸ブチル、アクリル酸ビニル、ビニル安息香酸、ビニルベンジルアルコール、ビニルボロン酸ジブチルエステル、ビニルホルムアミド、メタクリル酸ビニル、ビニルピリジン、1−ビニル−2−ピロリドン、ビニルスルホン酸、およびビニルトリメトキシシランから選択される、請求項1に記載のヒドロゲル。
- さらに、ジ(エチレングリコール)ジビニルエーテル、ジアクリル酸ジ(エチルグリコール)、およびΝ,Ν’−メチレンビス(アクリルアミド)からなる群より選択される架橋剤を含む、請求項1に記載のヒドロゲル。
- ビニル官能基を有する前記1種以上の化学種のうち少なくとも1種は、第一の重合体材料と共有結合している、請求項1に記載のヒドロゲル。
- ヒドロゲル自身の重量の少なくとも10倍の保水力、ヒドロゲル自身の重量の少なくとも50倍の保水力、ヒドロゲル自身の重量の少なくとも10%、ヒドロゲル自身の重量の少なくとも20%、ヒドロゲル自身の重量の少なくとも100%、および、ヒドロゲル自身の重量の少なくとも1000%の保水力からなる群より選択される保水力を有する、請求項1に記載のヒドロゲル。
- 第一の重合体材料対第二の重合体材料の重量比は、1:3〜1:6の間である、請求項1に記載のヒドロゲル。
- セルロース、ゼラチン、粘土、カルボキシメチルセルロース、肥料、シリカ、ポリエチレン、および、ポリスチレンのうち1種以上をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のヒドロゲル。
- 1000g/cm2〜4000g/cm2の引張強度を示すこと、および、1000g/cm2〜4000g/cm2の衝撃強度を示すことの少なくとも1つを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のヒドロゲル。
- 第一の重合体材料のMw(g/mol)は、250,000〜1,000,000であること、および、第二の重合体材料のMw(g/mol)は、650〜2,000であることの少なくとも1つを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のヒドロゲル。
- 反応容器に、ポリアクリル酸から構成される第一の重合体材料、ポリテトラメチレンエーテルグリコールから構成される第二の重合体材料、およびビニル官能基を有する1種以上の化学種を投入して、第一の重合体材料、第二の重合体材料、およびビニル官能基を有する1種以上の化学種の混合物とすること;および
混合物を撹拌することで、前記第一の重合体材料と前記第二の重合体材料が水素結合すること、
を含む、
ポリアクリル酸から構成される第一の重合体材料;
ポリテトラメチレンエーテルグリコールから構成される第二の重合体材料;および
ビニル官能基を有する1種以上の化学種
から構成されるヒドロゲルの形成法。 - 前記第一の重合体材料および前記第二の重合体材料のうち少なくとも1つは、ホモ重合体である、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 第一の重合体材料および第二の重合体材料は、1:3〜1:6の重量比でそれぞれ投入される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記混合物を加熱すること、および前記混合物を約15℃〜30℃の温度で混合することの少なくとも1つをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- ビニル官能基を有する前記1種以上の化学種のうち少なくとも1種は、アクリルアミド、アクリル酸、メチルアクリル酸、ビニルアルコール、酢酸ビニル、アクリル酸ブチル、アクリル酸ビニル、ビニル安息香酸、ビニルベンジルアルコール、ビニルボロン酸ジブチルエステル、ビニルホルムアミド、メタクリル酸ビニル、ビニルピリジン、1−ビニル−2−ピロリドン、ビニルスルホン酸、およびビニルトリメトキシシランからなる群より選択される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- ポリアクリル酸から構成される第一の重合体材料;および
ポリテトラメチレンエーテルグリコールから構成される第二の重合体材料
を含むゲルであって、
第一の重合体材料は第二の重合体材料と水素結合している、ゲル。 - 前記第一の重合体材料および前記第二の重合体材料のうち少なくとも1つは、ホモ重合
体である、請求項16に記載のゲル。 - 第一の重合体材料対第二の重合体材料の重量比は、1:3と1:6の間である、請求項
16に記載のゲル。 - 1000g/cm2〜4000g/cm2の引張強度を示すこと、および、1000g
/cm2〜4000g/cm2の衝撃強度を示すことの少なくとも1つを特徴とする、請
求項16に記載のゲル。 - 第一の重合体材料のMw(g/mol)は、250,000〜1,000,000であ
ること、および、第二の重合体材料のMw(g/mol)は、650〜2,000である
ことの少なくとも1つを特徴とする、請求項16に記載のゲル。 - 請求項16に記載のゲルを含むヒドロゲル。
- ヒドロゲル自身の重量の少なくとも10倍の保水力、ヒドロゲル自身の重量の少なくと
も50倍の保水力、ヒドロゲル自身の重量の少なくとも10%、ヒドロゲル自身の重量の
少なくとも20%、ヒドロゲル自身の重量の少なくとも100%、および、ヒドロゲル自
身の重量の少なくとも1000%の保水力からなる群より選択される保水力を有する、請
求項21に記載のヒドロゲル。 - セルロース、ゼラチン、粘土、カルボキシメチルセルロース、肥料、シリカ、ポリエチ
レン、および、ポリスチレンのうち1種以上をさらに含む、請求項21に記載のヒドロゲ
ル。 - ポリアクリル酸から構成される第一の重合体材料;
ポリテトラメチレンエーテルグリコールから構成される第二の重合体材料;および
ビニル官能基を有する1種以上の化学種
から構成される、ヒドロゲル。
