Description
(1) 防振材の製造
表1に示す配合処方に記載の配合量において、ポリマー、加工助剤、顔料、難燃剤、充填材よび軟化剤を配合し、3L加圧ニーダーにて混練し、一次混和物を調製した。
実施例1〜7および比較例1〜3の防振材の各物性を、下記に示す方法で測定した。それらの結果を表1に示す。
防振材の見掛け密度をJIS K 6767(1999)に準じて測定した。具体的には、防振材のスキン層を除去して、厚み約10mmの試験片を調製した。その後、質量を測定して、単位体積あたりの質量(見掛け密度)を算出した。
防振材の50%圧縮荷重値をJIS K 6767(1999)に準じて測定した。具体的には、防振材のスキン層を除去して、厚み約10mmの試験片を調製した。その後、圧縮試験機を用いて、圧縮速度10mm/分で50%圧縮してから10秒後の50%圧縮荷重値を測定した。
防振材の抗張力および伸び率をJIS K 6767(1999)に準じて測定した。具体的には、防振材のスキン層を除去して、厚み約10mmの試験片を調製した。その後、ダンベル1号を用いて、試験片を打ち抜き、測定用サンプルとした。引張り試験機にて、引張り速度500mm/minの速さで測定用サンプルを引張り、測定用サンプルがダンベル形状平行部で切断したときの荷重(抗張力)および伸び率を測定した。
防振材を適当な大きさに切断し、4枚重ねにして蛍光X線測定(XRF)(測定径:30mmφ)を実施した。XRFの装置および条件を下記する。
X線源:縦型Rh管
分析面積:30mmφ
分析元素範囲:B〜U
また、定量は、全検出原子の割合にて実施した。
ゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィー(GPC)の測定結果に基づいて、硫黄S8の含有割合を算出した。手順、条件および装置などを下記する。
防振材を細かく裁断して、最大長さの平均値が5mmの試料を作製した。次いで、防振材300mgを秤量して、次いで、ホールピペットを用いてTHF(テトラヒドロフラン)10mlを加えて一晩静置した。
別途、硫黄S8をTHFに溶解して、濃度1000μg/mlに調整して、THF溶液を一晩静置した。その後、THF溶液を0.45μmメンブレンフィルターで濾過した。
手順2により作成した検量線に基づく検量線法によって、手順1における試料中の硫黄S8の質量を求めて、これを試料の質量(300mg)で割ることによって、試料における硫黄S8の含有割合を算出した。

<ヤング率および防振性の測定>
まず、防振材を、所定の形状(縦50mm、横50mm、厚み10mm)に切断し、これをヤング率および防振性の測定用サンプルとした。

なお、下記の測定機器を用い、下記の測定条件で実施した。
解析ソフト:PULSE Labshop ver.16.10
加振器:「Type4809」、スペクトリス社製
増幅器::「Type2706」、スペクトリス社製
測定温度:23℃
<銀腐食性>
防振材0.5gを100mL密閉瓶に入れ、密閉瓶の蓋の内側に、研磨および洗浄した銀板を貼り付けた。これを、85℃の恒温槽に7日間投入し、銀板の腐食の有無を確認した。腐食が確認されなかったものを「なし」、腐食が確認されたものを「あり」と評価した。

EPDM(D):エプタロイPX−047、ジエン(5−エチリデン−2−ノルボルネン)含量4.5質量%、ポリエチレンブレンドタイプ、ポリエチレン含量20PHR、触媒:チーグラー・ナッタ触媒、三井化学社製
ステアリン酸:粉末ステアリン酸さくら、日油社製
カーボンブラック:旭#50、平均粒子径80μm、旭カーボン社製
水酸化アルミニウム:ハイジライトH−42、平均粒子径1〜2μm、昭和電工社製

Claims (6)
- エチレン・プロピレン・ジエンゴムを含有するゴム組成物を発泡させることにより得られ、
蛍光X線測定の測定結果に基づいて算出される硫黄原子の含有割合が、質量基準で1000ppm以下であり、
23℃におけるヤング率が、6.0×105Pa以下であり、
前記ゴム組成物が、p−キノンジオキシムの誘導体、有機過酸化物およびポリエチレングリコールを含有することを特徴とする、防振材。 - ゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィーの測定結果に基づいて算出される硫黄S8の含有割合が、質量基準で100ppm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の防振材。
- 見掛け密度が、0.20g/cm3以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の防振材。
- 前記エチレン・プロピレン・ジエンゴムが、長鎖分岐を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の防振材。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の防振材と、
前記防振材の表面に設けられる配線回路基板と
を備えることを特徴とする、防振構造。 - 前記項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の防振材を準備する工程、および、
前記防振材を配線回路基板に設ける工程を備えることを特徴とする、防振方法。
