Claims (3)
- 内外面に凹凸形状を備えた扁平管を製造する方法であって、金属製の薄板に扁平管の展開形状の切り込みを入れ且つその切り込みを入れる際に前記扁平管の展開形状における幅方向の中途部を前記薄板と接合させたまま残しておき、前記扁平管の展開形状の範囲内に凹凸形状を加工してから、上下段の金型を用いて前記扁平管の展開形状の範囲を前記未切除の中途部が起こす範囲に挟まれた状態で前記薄板から切り起こし片として切り起こし、その切り起こし片の先端部同士を閉じ合わせて全体を扁平管として成形し、上下段の金型を用いて前記扁平管の展開形状の範囲を前記薄板から起こす工程の後で、前記未切除の中途部を前記薄板から切り離して扁平管を得ることを特徴とする扁平管製造方法。
- 未切除の中途部を薄板から切り離す前に切り起こし片の先端部同士の閉じ合わせ部分を接合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の扁平管製造方法。
- 未切除の中途部を薄板から切り離した後に切り起こし片の先端部同士の閉じ合わせ部分を接合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の扁平管製造方法。
