Claims (1)
- 第1仕切り壁および第2仕切り壁の2つの仕切り壁によって内部が、液体の流れに関しその上流側から下流側にかけて、気液混合槽、中間層、気液分離槽の順に区画された溶解タンクを備え、この溶解タンク内に流入する流体が気液混合槽において気体と混合され、気体が溶解した液体が生成され、この液体は、前記中間層、前記気液分離槽を順次流れ、前記溶解タンクに設けられた流出部から溶解タンクの外部に流出する気体溶解装置であって、
前記第1仕切り壁は、前記気液混合槽と前記中間層を区画するように設けられ、
前記第2仕切り壁は、前記気液混合槽の周囲をその外側から前記中間層が包囲するように設けられ、かつ前記第2仕切り壁の上部では、その一部が切り欠かれて切欠部が形成され、
前記切欠部は、前記流出部と反対側に配置され、
前記気液分離槽は、前記中間層に隣接し、かつ前記中間層の外側に配置されており、
前記気液分離槽を流れる前記液体が、前記気液分離槽の前記中間層に隣接する面に沿って水平方向に流れ、
前記気液分離槽の上部に気体放出弁が設けられ、この気体放出弁は、その底部に気体導入部を有し、この気体導入部は、前記気液分離槽の上部に溜まる気体の一部を前記気体導入部の内部に導入する通気口を有し、この通気口は、前記気体が前記気体導入部へ側方から導入されるように形成されており、前記通気口の外側に、前記通気口を取り囲む壁部が形成され、この壁部は、前記気体導入部の内部への前記液体の流入を抑制する
ことを特徴とする気体溶解装置。
