Claims (14)
- 複数の光源(2)及び、複数の導光体(6)を有する導光体ユニット(3)から成り、1つの光源(2)にそれぞれ1つずつの導光体(6)が割り当てられ、前記導光体ユニット(3)が少なくとも2つの互いに接続した部分(4、5)から成り、前記導光体ユニット(3)の光源側部分(4)が、前記光源(2)と前記導光体ユニット(3)の出射側部分(5)の間の、前記導光体ユニット(3)の出射方向に配置され、前記導光体ユニット(3)の前記光源側部分(4)及び 前記導光体ユニット(3)の前記出射側部分(5)が、湾曲した互いに対応する面上で、互いに対して相対的な位置に固定され、
前記導光体ユニット(3)の前記光源側部分(4)が前記導光体ユニット(3)の前記出射側部分(5)より耐熱性の高い素材で形成されることを特徴とする、前照灯用の照明ユニット(1)。 - 前記導光体ユニット(3)の前記光源側部分(4)が前記光源(2)に直接接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の照明ユニット。
- 前記導光体ユニット(3)の前記出射側部分(5)が前記導光体ユニット(3)の前記光源側部分(4)よりも流動性の高い熱可塑性樹脂で製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の照明ユニット。
- 前記導光体(6)の反射面(7)がアルミニウムまたは別の反射材でコーティングされることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の照明ユニット。
- 前記導光体ユニット(3)の前記光源側部分(4)及び前記導光体ユニット(3)の前記出射側部分(5)が、前記導光体ユニット(3)の前記両部分(4、5)を出射方向を横切るそれらの相対的位置に固定するための固定手段(9)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の照明ユニット。
- 前記導光体ユニット(3)の前記光源側部分(4)が参照ピン(10、10’’)を、前記導光体ユニット(3)の前記出射側部分(5)がそれらに割り当てられた参照孔(11、11’’)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の照明ユニット。
- 前記導光体ユニット(3)の前記出射側部分(5)が複数の導波管(12)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の照明ユニット。
- 前記導光体ユニット(3)の前記光源側部分(4)が複数の導波管(12)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の照明ユニット。
- 前記導波管(12)が透明プラスチックから製造されることを特徴とする、請求項7又は8に記載の照明ユニット。
- 1つの導光体(6)に、それぞれ1つずつの導波管(12)が割り当てられることを特徴とする、請求項7から9のいずれか一項に記載の照明ユニット。
- 前記導波管(12)が対応する前記導光体(6)に含まれる反射体(13)に係合する縮小した端部を有することを特徴とする、請求項7から10のいずれか一項に記載の照明ユニット。
- 前記導光体(6)に割り当てられた前記導波管(12)が出射側で共有の出射側端板(12’’)に統合されることを特徴とする、請求項7から11のいずれか一項に記載の照明ユニット。
- 前記導光体ユニット(3)の前記光源側部分(4)の光源側表面(14)がアルミニウムでコーティングされ、非反射塗装されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の照明ユニット。
- 前記導光体ユニット(3)がホルダ(16)で光源ボックス(17)に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の照明ユニット。
