Description
Claims (24)
- 電極と皮膚の接触を改善する装置であって、
結合される身体箇所の皮膚表面の表面形態に順応可能な基板と、複数の電気機械エネルギー変換素子を介して前記基板上に取り付けられる複数のエネルギー適用表面のアレイとを含むセグメント電極と、
前記複数のエネルギー適用表面及び前記複数のエネルギー変換素子にエネルギーを供給するエネルギー源と、
前記エネルギー源、前記複数のエネルギー適用表面、及び前記複数のエネルギー変換素子と通信するコントローラと
を含み、
各エネルギー適用表面は、各電気機械エネルギー変換素子を前記コントローラによって別個にアクティブにすることによって、前記皮膚の表面に対して機械的に動くことができる装置。 - 前記基板は、剛性、半剛性、弾性、延伸性、及び収縮性材料からなる群から選択される少なくとも一つの材料から作られる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記基板は、突出身体箇所を収容する切り欠きを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記基板は、少なくとも一つのブリッジによって互いに接続される2つ以上の部分を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記部分は使い捨て可能であって、保護薄シート剥離層によって保護された接着ゲルの被覆により事前コーティングされて少なくとも一つのエネルギー適用表面を含む、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記ブリッジは、前記基板と同じ材料から作られるか又は、弾性伸張可能バンド、合成織物、導電性布地を含む群から選択される異なる材料から作られる、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記ブリッジは、少なくとも前記ブリッジの長手軸まわりに前記部分を回転させることができる程度に弾性である、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記ブリッジは、任意の方向に折り畳まれ又は撓んで前記電極を特定身体箇所の皮膚表面の表面形態に順応させるべく動作可能である、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記部分は、再使用可能であり、前記ブリッジに一体的に取り付けられ、及び、少なくとも一つの使い捨て可能エネルギー適用表面を収容するべく動作可能である、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記部分は使い捨て可能であって、少なくとも一つのエネルギー適用表面を含む、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記基板は、少なくとも2つの使い捨て可能部分を含み、
前記少なくとも2つの使い捨て可能部分は、少なくとも一つのエネルギー適用表面を含み、かつ、少なくとも一つの再使用可能ブリッジによって接続される、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記ブリッジは、少なくとも一つの再使用可能電極コンポーネントを収容するドッキングプラットフォームである、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記再使用可能電極コンポーネントは、コントローラ、充電可能電源、接着結合ゲルディスペンサ、及び振動素子の少なくとも一つを含む、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記基板は少なくとも一つのプリント回路基板(PCB)を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ブリッジは、関節ハブに接続された複数のアームを含み、
前記ハブは、前記部分を前記ハブまわりに径方向に前後動させることができる、請求項4に記載の装置。 - 前記接触の状態を前記コントローラに通信するべく動作可能な少なくとも一つの電極皮膚接触モニタリング機構をさらに含み、前記状態は電極皮膚接触の品質を示す、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 感知機構が皮膚インピーダンスを感知する、請求項16に記載の装置。
- 電極と皮膚の接触を改善する装置であって、
結合される身体箇所の皮膚表面の表面形態に順応可能な基板と、複数の電気機械エネルギー変換素子を介して前記基板上に取り付けられる複数のエネルギー適用表面のアレイとを含むセグメント電極と、
前記複数のエネルギー適用表面及び前記複数のエネルギー変換素子にエネルギーを供給するエネルギー源と、
前記エネルギー源、前記複数のエネルギー適用表面、及び前記複数のエネルギー変換素子と通信するコントローラと、
前記複数のエネルギー適用表面間にある凹部と、
前記凹部の中に前記基板の細孔を通して接着結合ゲルを与えるべく動作可能な導電ゲルディスペンサと
を含み、
前記複数の電気機械エネルギー変換素子は、前記コントローラによって別個にアクティブにすることができる装置。 - 電極と皮膚の接触を改善する装置であって、
結合される身体箇所の皮膚表面の表面形態に順応可能な再使用可能基板と、複数の電気機械エネルギー変換素子を介して前記基板上に取り付けられる使い捨て可能な複数のエネルギー適用表面のアレイとを含むセグメント電極と、
前記複数のエネルギー適用表面及び前記複数の電気機械エネルギー変換素子にエネルギーを供給するエネルギー源と、
前記エネルギー源、前記複数のエネルギー適用表面、及び前記複数の電気機械エネルギー変換素子と通信するコントローラと
を含み、
各エネルギー適用表面は、各電気機械エネルギー変換素子を前記コントローラによって別個にアクティブにすることによって、前記皮膚の表面に対して機械的に動くことができる装置。 - 前記基板は、少なくとも一つの再使用可能電極コンポーネントを収容するドッキングプラットフォームである、請求項19に記載の装置。
- 前記再使用可能電極コンポーネントは、コントローラ、充電可能電源、接着結合ゲルディスペンサ、及び振動素子の少なくとも一つを含む、請求項20に記載の装置。
- 電極と皮膚の接触を改善する装置であって、
少なくとも2つの使い捨て可能部分を含む基板を有する使い捨て可能セグメント電極であって、前記使い捨て可能部分は、少なくとも一つの再使用可能ブリッジによって接続され、かつ、複数の電気機械エネルギー変換素子を介して前記使い捨て可能部分の少なくとも一つに取り付けられた複数のエネルギー適用表面を有する使い捨て可能セグメント電極と、
前記複数のエネルギー適用表面及び前記複数の電気機械エネルギー変換素子にエネルギーを供給するエネルギー源と、
前記エネルギー源、前記複数のエネルギー適用表面、及び前記複数の電気機械エネルギー変換素子と通信するコントローラと
を含み、
各エネルギー適用表面は、各電気機械エネルギー変換素子を前記コントローラによって別個にアクティブにすることによって、前記皮膚の表面に対して機械的に動かすことができる装置。 - 前記ブリッジは、少なくとも一つの再使用可能電極コンポーネントを収容するドッキングプラットフォームである、請求項22に記載の装置。
- 前記再使用可能電極コンポーネントは、コントローラ、充電可能電源、接着結合ゲルディスペンサ、及び振動素子の少なくとも一つを含む、請求項23に記載の装置。
