Claims (5)
- ブラダー加硫用ブラダーで、未加硫のタイヤ加硫用ブラダーを形成及び加硫するための方法であって、
外側表面加硫用金型の凹部上又は凹部内に、内側表面及び外側表面を有する未加硫のタイヤ加硫用ブラダーを提供することと、
前記凹部内に前記ブラダー加硫用ブラダーを膨張させて、前記未加硫のタイヤ加硫用ブラダーの前記内側表面に圧力を加えることと、
加硫されたタイヤ加硫用ブラダーを形成するために、前記未加硫のタイヤ加硫用ブラダーの前記内側表面及び前記外側表面に、熱、圧力、又は双方を提供することによって、前記未加硫のタイヤ加硫用ブラダーを加硫することと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記タイヤ加硫用ブラダーの足区域を、前記外側表面加硫用金型の前記凹部の縁部に固定することを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記加硫されたタイヤ加硫用ブラダー及びタイヤ加硫用金型で、グリーンタイヤを加硫することを更に含み、前記タイヤ加硫用金型が、X及びYの、断面軸方向寸法及び半径方向寸法を有し、前記外側表面加硫用金型が、0.6X〜X及び0.6Y〜Yの、断面軸方向寸法及び半径方向寸法を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 加硫装置であって、
外側表面金型を加熱するように動作可能なプレスと、
凹部を画定する複数のリングを備える、前記プレスに結合された外側表面金型と、
タイヤ加硫用ブラダーの足区域を受容するように構成される、1つ以上のリング内に画定された第1の足区域凹部と、
ブラダー加硫用ブラダーの足区域を受容するように構成される、1つ以上のリング内に画定された第2の足区域凹部と、
を備える、加硫装置。 - 有機ゴム層を備え、シリコーンゴム層を含まないタイヤ加硫用ブラダーであって、約1〜2.5mm未満の厚さを有する、タイヤ加硫用ブラダー。
