Description
さらに、濃度検出手段は、血液浄化器から排出された排液の濃度変化を検出して血液浄化効率を監視し得る排液濃度センサから成るので、血液浄化に伴う排液の濃度変化の検出における精度向上を図ることができるとともに、血液浄化効率をリアルタイム且つ高精度に監視することができる。
本実施形態に係る血液浄化装置は、患者の血液を体外循環させつつ浄化するためのもので、血液透析治療で使用される血液透析装置に適用されたものである。かかる血液透析装置は、図1に示すように、血液浄化器としてのダイアライザ2と、該ダイアライザ2に接続された血液回路1と、濃度検出手段としての排液濃度センサ5と、ダイアライザ2に透析液を供給しつつ除水する透析装置本体6とから主に構成されている。
血液浄化治療前(透析治療前であって血液回路1にて血液を体外循環させる前)において、複式ポンプPを駆動させてダイアライザ2に透析液を供給するとともに、透析液排出ライン8にて透析液を流通させる。この状態において、発光手段11による発光を行わせ(S1)、判定手段15にて、検出手段13で検出された受光強度(受光手段12による受光強度に応じて生じた電圧)が所定値(予め定められた設定値)と略同一であるか否かを判定する(S2)。

Claims (2)
- 患者の血液を体外循環させつつ浄化する血液浄化器と、血液浄化に伴って流れる液体の濃度変化を検出する濃度検出手段とを具備した血液浄化装置において、
前記濃度検出手段は、前記血液浄化器から排出された排液の濃度変化を検出して血液浄化効率を監視し得る排液濃度センサから成り、
前記液体に対して光を照射し得る発光手段と、
前記液体を透過した前記発光手段からの透過光を受け得る受光手段と、
前記受光手段による受光強度を検出し得る検出手段と、
前記発光手段による発光量を制御し得る発光制御手段と、
前記検出手段で検出された受光強度が所定値と略同一であるか否かを判定する判定手段と、
該判定手段による判定に基づいて、受光強度が所定値となるように前記発光制御手段による発光量の制御を行わせる調整手段と、
を具備し、前記検出手段により検出された受光強度に基づき前記排液の濃度変化を検出し得るとともに、血液浄化治療前、前記受光手段による受光強度が所定値となるように前記発光手段による光の照射量を調整して前記濃度検出手段を校正し得る構成とされ、前記受光手段による受光強度が所定値より小さいと判断されると、前記発光手段の発光量を設定値だけ上げるよう前記発光制御手段による制御がなされ、前記受光手段による受光強度が所定値より大きいと判断されると、前記発光手段の発光量を設定値だけ下げるよう前記発光制御手段による制御がなされることを特徴とする血液浄化装置。 - 前記発光手段はLEDから成るとともに前記受光手段は受光強度に応じた電圧を生じさせ得る受光素子から成り、当該受光手段により生じた電圧が所定値となるように前記発光手段の発光電流を調整して前記濃度検出手段を校正することを特徴とする請求項1記載の血液浄化装置。
