Claims (4)
- 一方の端面から他方の端面まで貫通し、加熱体である第一の流体が流通する流路を有し、その外周に外周壁が設けられた筒状セラミックス体と、
前記筒状セラミックス体の前記外周壁の外周面に嵌合する金属管と、
前記筒状セラミックス体と前記金属管との間に、これらと接合した金属からなる中間材と、を備え、
前記筒状セラミックス体は、隔壁を有し、前記隔壁によって、流体の流路となる多数のセルが区画形成されたハニカム構造体であり、熱伝導率が100W/m・K以上であり、
前記金属管内で、軸方向に並んで複数の前記筒状セラミックス体が分断され、グラファイトシート、アルミシート、銅シートのいずれかであるリング状の軟質材を挟んだ状態で備えられており、
前記筒状セラミックス体の内部に前記第一の流体を、前記金属管の外周面側に前記第一の流体よりも低温の第二の流体を流通させ、前記第一の流体と前記第二の流体との熱交換を行う熱伝導部材。 - 前記中間材は、前記筒状セラミックス体と前記金属管との間に充填され固化されてこれらと接合した金属である請求項1に記載の熱伝導部材。
- 前記中間材は、溶湯による鋳造またはろう材によるろう付けにより形成された金属からなる請求項1に記載の熱伝導部材。
- 前記中間材は、ろう材からなる請求項1に記載の熱伝導部材。
