Description
(x) 射出充填時に、固定型2cと移動型2m間に適切なパーティング開量(自然隙間)Lmが生じること、
(y) 成形品には、バリ,ヒケ及びソリ等の成形不良が発生しないこと、
を条件とする。
(xa) 成形隙間Lmpは、0.03〜0.30〔mm〕、
(xb) 残留隙間Lmrは、0.01〜0.10〔mm〕、
の各許容範囲を満たすことを条件とする。したがって、成形隙間Lmpはパーティング開量Lmの最大量(max)となり、残留隙間Lmrはパーティング開量Lmの最小量(min)となる。
Claims (6)
- 予め、射出充填時に金型の可動型と固定型間に所定の隙間となるパーティング開量が生じ、かつ良品成形可能な射出圧力である成形射出圧力及び良品成形可能な型締力である成形型締力を求めて設定するとともに、生産時に、前記成形型締力により型締装置を型締し、かつ前記成形射出圧力をリミット圧力として設定した射出装置を駆動して前記金型に樹脂を射出充填する特定の成形方式により成形を行う際における射出成形機の制御方法であって、前記パーティング開量を検出するパーティング開量検出器を設けるとともに、生産時に、前記型締装置による型締後における、少なくとも、ノズルタッチ動作が終了すること,金型温度が安定状態に達すること,の一方又は双方を含む所定の射出準備が完了したことを条件に、射出開始時の前後所定期間の範囲における予め設定したリセットタイミングに達したなら、前記パーティング開量検出器をゼロリセットするリセット制御を行うことを特徴とする射出成形機の制御方法。
- 成形機コントローラに付属するディスプレイの画面の波形表示部に、前記パーティング開量検出器により検出した射出開始以降から前記金型の冷却終了までの変化データを表示することを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機の制御方法。
- 前記リセットタイミングは、一成形サイクルにおける成形条件として設定し、ショット毎に前記リセット制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の射出成形機の制御方法。
- 射出充填時に金型の可動型と固定型間に所定の隙間となるパーティング開量が生じ、かつ良品成形可能な射出圧力である成形射出圧力及び良品成形可能な型締力である成形型締力を求めて設定するとともに、前記成形型締力により型締装置を型締し、かつ前記成形射出圧力をリミット圧力として設定した射出装置を駆動して前記金型に樹脂を射出充填する特定の成形方式により成形を行う射出成形機に備える射出成形機の制御装置であって、前記パーティング開量を検出するパーティング開量検出器と、前記型締装置による型締後における、少なくとも、ノズルタッチ動作が終了すること,金型温度が安定状態に達すること,の一方又は双方を含む所定の射出準備が完了したことを条件に、射出開始時の前後所定期間の範囲における予め設定したタイミングに達したなら、前記パーティング開量検出器をゼロリセットするリセット制御を行う成形機コントローラとを具備してなることを特徴とする射出成形機の制御装置。
- 前記パーティング開量検出器には、前記金型に付設することにより前記可動型と前記固定型の相対位置を検出する位置検出器を用いることを特徴とする請求項4記載の射出成形機の制御装置。
- 前記成形機コントローラは、前記パーティング開量検出器により検出した射出開始以降から前記金型の冷却終了までの変化データを、当該成形機コントローラに付属するディスプレイの画面における波形表示部に表示する動作波形表示手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項4又は5記載の射出成形機の制御装置。
