Claims (8)
- 固定体側に設置される給電側装置と、移動体側に設置され、前記給電側装置から非接触で給電される受電側装置と、を備えた非接触給電システムにおける前記給電側装置で用いられるシールドケースであって、
前記受電側装置が位置する側に開口したケースと、
前記ケース内部に収容されたコイルと、
前記ケースの開口を覆う蓋体と、を備え、
前記ケースの内部には、前記ケースの底面と前記蓋体の内面とに亘る荷重支持手段が設けられ、
前記ケースは、
底板と、
底面部、前記底面部の周縁から立ち上がる側壁部、及び前記側壁部の上端から径方向内側に折れ曲がる上面部を有して環状に形成されたシールド部材と、
を有して構成される
ことを特徴とするシールドケース。 - 請求項1記載のシールドケースにおいて、
前記ケース内部に前記コイルを保持するコイル保持部をさらに備え、
前記コイル保持部によって前記荷重支持手段が構成される
ことを特徴とするシールドケース。 - 請求項2記載のシールドケースにおいて、
前記コイルは多角形の形状に形成されており、
前記コイル保持部は、前記コイルの多角形の形状の直線部分を支持するコイル保持溝を有する
ことを特徴とするシールドケース。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のシールドケースにおいて、
前記コイルの端部に接続されるコンデンサと、
前記コンデンサの周囲に配置されたコンデンサ保護部と、をさらに備え、
前記コンデンサ保護部によって前記荷重支持手段が構成される
ことを特徴とするシールドケース。 - 請求項4記載のシールドケースにおいて、
前記コンデンサ保護部は馬蹄形の形状に形成されている
ことを特徴とするシールドケース。 - 請求項1記載のシールドケースにおいて、
前記ケースは、
前記底面部、前記側壁部及び前記上面部で三方を囲まれた凹部内に嵌合された支持部材をさらに有して構成され、
前記シールド部材及び前記支持部材によって前記荷重支持手段が構成される
ことを特徴とするシールドケース。 - 請求項6記載のシールドケースにおいて、
前記蓋体は、前記上面部を貫通して前記支持部材に螺合するネジによって前記ケースに固定される
ことを特徴とするシールドケース。 - 固定体側に設置される給電側装置と、
移動体側に設置され、前記給電側装置から非接触で給電される受電側装置と、を備え、
前記給電側装置として請求項1から7のいずれかに記載のシールドケースが用いられる
ことを特徴とする非接触給電システム。
