本実施形態は、本発明における熱交換器用パッキン材料および熱交換器を、車両走行用エンジン等の発熱体を冷却する冷却用流体を放熱させるラジエータに適用したものである。

・2次圧:10bar−1秒
・硬化時間:20秒
この射出成型では、シリコーンゴムの硬化反応や、シリコーンゴムとタンク本体125との接着反応が進む。この射出成型を行った後、図5に示すように、上型201を外して、金型200からタンク本体125を取り出すことで、タンク本体125に接着されたパッキン126が得られる。

- 複数の液を準備する工程と、
前記複数の液を混合した混合液を用いて、熱交換器の樹脂製タンク(125)に接着したパッキン(126)を形成する工程とを有し、
準備される前記複数の液は、互いに分離された状態で保存された第1液、第2液および第3液の3つの液であって、前記3つの液が混合された混合物全体で、主剤と、架橋剤と、硬化触媒と、親水性のシリカフィラーと、シランカップリング剤とを含む液状のシリコーンゴム組成物を構成するものであり、
前記第1液は、前記主剤と前記硬化触媒とを含み、
前記第2液は、前記架橋剤を含み、
前記第3液は、前記シランカップリング剤を含み、

前記第3液は、さらに、前記主剤と、疎水性のシリカフィラーとを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器の製造方法。 - 第1液を収容する第1容器(11)と、
前記第1液と分離した状態で、第2液を収容する第2容器(12)と、
前記第1液および前記第2液と分離した状態で、第3液を収容する第3容器(13)と、
前記第1液、前記第2液および前記第3液を混合した混合液を用いて、熱交換器の樹脂製タンク(125)に接着したパッキン(126)を形成するための型(200)とを備え、
前記第1液、前記第2液および前記第3液の3つの液は、前記3つの液が混合された混合物全体で、主剤と、架橋剤と、硬化触媒と、親水性のシリカフィラーと、シランカップリング剤とを含む液状のシリコーンゴム組成物を構成するものであり、
前記第1液は、前記主剤と前記硬化触媒とを含み、
前記第2液は、前記架橋剤を含み、
前記第3液は、前記シランカップリング剤を含み、
前記第1液と前記第2液の少なくとも一方は前記親水性のシリカフィラーを含み、前記第3液は前記親水性のシリカフィラーを含まないことを特徴とする熱交換器の製造装置。 - 前記第1液は、さらに、前記親水性のシリカフィラーを含み、
前記第2液は、さらに、前記主剤と、前記親水性のシリカフィラーとを含み、
前記第3液は、さらに、前記主剤と、疎水性のシリカフィラーとを含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の熱交換器の製造装置。
