Description
本出願は、それぞれが参照によりここに全体を導入されるところの、2010年3月3日に出願された米国仮出願第61/309,894号、及び、2010年3月5日に出願された米国仮出願第61/311,011号の利益を主張するものである。
本発明は概して肥料組成物、より具体的には、土壌溶液そして最終的には植物の根域に導入するための微量栄養素を有する肥料組成物に関連する。
図1に示される本発明の一実施形態によると、微量栄養素を含有する肥料粒子100は、中核肥料部分102、肥料部分102の少なくとも一部の上にコーティング或いは他の方法で適用された保護コーティング材104、及び、保護コーティング材104の少なくとも一部の上を覆う、微量栄養素を一種類以上含む微量栄養素コーティング106を有し得る。
コーティングされていないMAPは、融解した尿素(約10%)で完全にコーティングされ、冷却された。コーティングされた粒子は、高温のPEIでスプレーコーティングされ、続いてZnSO4・H2Oの形での亜鉛、又は、CuSO4・5H2Oの形での銅でコーティングされた。そして、少量(約0.25%)の酸性水(pH約2に調整されたもの)を噴霧することで、複合体が形成された。自由流動粒子を生成するために、タルク(約1%)が加えられた。
コーティングされていないMAPは、粉末のK−Magに、その半分の重量の希釈されたカルシウムリグノスルホン酸塩溶液(58%固体を含むCLS(カルシウムリグノスルホン酸塩溶液)を用いて70/30 w/w CLS/H2Oに希釈された)を混合したもので、完全にコーティングされた。懸濁液はMAP粒子の回転床上に均一に拡散され、乾燥するまで加熱された。コーティングされた粒子は、高温のPEI(99%)でスプレーコーティングされ、続いて、ZnSO4・H2Oの形での亜鉛でコーティングされた。そして、少量(約0.25%)の酸性水(クエン酸でpH約2に調整されたもの)を噴霧することで、複合体が形成された。次に、コーティングされた粒子は、風乾された。自由流動粒子を生成するために、タルク(約1%)が加えられた。

Claims (11)
- リン酸肥料を含む、ベースとなる肥料粒子と、
前記ベースとなる肥料粒子の外面の少なくとも一部を覆っていて、尿素、ラングバイナイト、硫酸アンモニウム、硫酸カリウム、硫酸マグネシウム、硫酸カルシウム、硫黄元素、ケイ酸塩、それぞれの水和物、及び、それらの組み合わせを含む材料から選択される、保護コーティングと、
前記保護コーティング内に分散していて、前記ベースとなる肥料粒子から隔離されるようになっている一種類以上の微量栄養素と、
前記保護コーティングの少なくとも一部を覆うポリマーコーティングと、
該ポリマーコーティングの外面の少なくとも一部を覆う一種類以上の付加的微量栄養素と、
を有する肥料組成物。 - 前記ベースとなる肥料粒子の材料は、リン酸一アンモニウム、リン酸二アンモニウム、過リン酸石灰、重過リン酸石灰、及びそれらの組み合わせからなるグループから選択される、請求項1に記載の肥料組成物。
- 前記保護コーティングは、前記ベースとなる肥料粒子の材料及び前記一種類以上の微量栄養素と反応しない材料である、請求項1に記載の肥料組成物。
- 前記一種類以上の微量栄養素及び前記一種類以上の付加的微量栄養素は、ホウ素、銅、鉄、マンガン、モリブデン、亜鉛、塩素、コバルト、ナトリウム、ニッケル、セレン、及び、それらの組み合わせから選択される、請求項1に記載の肥料組成物。
- 前記ポリマーコーティングが、ポリエチレンイミン(PEI)族ポリマーからのポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の肥料組成物。
- リン酸肥料を含む、ベースとなる肥料粒子を用意すること、
前記ベースとなる肥料粒子の少なくとも一部を、一種類以上の微量栄養素を内部に分散した保護コーティングでコーティングすること、ここで、保護コーティングは尿素、ラングバイナイト、硫酸アンモニウム、硫酸カリウム、硫酸マグネシウム、硫酸カルシウム、硫黄元素、ケイ酸塩、それぞれの水和物、及び、それらの組み合わせからなるグループから選択される、
前記保護コーティングの少なくとも一部をポリマーコーティングで覆うこと、及び、
一種類以上の付加的微量栄養素をポリマーコーティングに付着させること、を含む、
肥料組成物の製造方法。 - 前記ベースとなる肥料粒子の材料は、リン酸一アンモニウム、リン酸二アンモニウム、過リン酸石灰、重過リン酸石灰、及びそれらの組み合わせからなるグループから選定される、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記保護コーティングは、前記ベースとなる肥料粒子の材料及び前記一種類以上の微量栄養素と反応しない材料である、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記一種類以上の微量栄養素及び前記一種類以上の付加的微量栄養素は、ホウ素、銅、鉄、マンガン、モリブデン、亜鉛、塩素、コバルト、ナトリウム、ニッケル、セレン、及び、それらの組み合わせから選択される、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記一種類以上の付加的微量栄養素を前記ポリマーコーティングに付着させることは、
前記保護コーティングの少なくとも一部を溶融状態のポリマーコーティングで覆うこと、
前記一種類以上の付加的微量栄養素を前記溶融状態の前記ポリマーコーティングに付着させること、及び、
前記ポリマーコーティングを冷却することを含む、
請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記ポリマーコーティングは、ポリエチレンイミン(PEI)族ポリマーからのポリマーを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
