Description
Claims (13)
- 流動性を有する少なくとも2つの成分の混合及び噴霧を行うための静的噴霧混合器であって、
前記成分の出口開口部(22)を有する遠位端(21)まで、長手方向軸(A)の方向に延在する管状混合器筐体(2)と、
前記成分の前記混合のために前記混合器筐体(2)内に配置構成された少なくとも1つの混合要素(3)と、
前記混合器筐体(2)をその端部領域において囲む内面を有する霧化スリーブ(4)とを有し、
前記霧化スリーブ(4)は、加圧された霧化媒体の入口流路(41)を有し、
複数の溝(5)が、前記混合器筐体(2)の外面又は前記霧化スリーブ(4)の内面に設けられ、前記溝はそれぞれ前記遠位端の方へ延在し、且つ、前記霧化スリーブ(4)と前記混合器筐体(2)との間に、前記霧化媒体が前記霧化スリーブ(4)の前記入口流路(41)から前記混合器筐体(2)の前記遠位端(21)へ流れる際に通ることができる分離された流路(51)を形成している、静的噴霧混合器において、
それぞれの流路は、流れの方向に沿って長手方向軸(A)に向かうようにそれぞれ変化する傾斜を有し、またそれぞれの溝(5)は、流れの方向で見たときに、前後して隣接配置された3つのセクション(52、53、54)を有し、そのうちの中間セクション(53)は2つの隣接する前記セクション(52、54)の傾斜に比べて大きい前記長手方向軸(A)に関する傾斜を有することを特徴とする静的噴霧混合器。 - 前記中間セクション(53)は、45°より大きい前記長手方向軸(A)に関する傾斜を有する請求項1に記載の静的噴霧混合器。
- それぞれの溝(5)は、流れの方向で見たときに、前記長手方向軸(A)に関する傾斜が連続的に変化するセクション(56)を有する請求項1又は2に記載の静的噴霧混合器。
- 前記混合器筐体(2)は、前記遠位端(21)に向かって次第に細くなる遠位端領域(27)を有し、霧化スリーブの内面(4)は、遠位端領域(27)と連携するように構成される請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか一項に記載の静的噴霧混合器。
- 前記混合器筐体(2)の前記外面は、少なくとも部分的には円錐台表面として、又は遠位端領域(27)内で軸方向に湾曲した表面として構成される請求項4に記載の静的噴霧混合器。
- 前記混合器筐体(2)の前記遠位端(21)は、前記霧化スリーブ(4)を超えて突き出る請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか一項に記載の静的噴霧混合器。
- 前記流路(51)は、流れの方向で見たときに、最初に狭まり、その後広がる流れの断面を有するラバル・ノズルの原理により構成される請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか一項に記載の静的噴霧混合器。
- 前記溝(5)は、流れの方向で見たときに、周方向に関して狭くなる請求項1から請求項7までのいずれか一項に記載の静的噴霧混合器。
- それぞれの溝(5)は、2つの壁によって囲まれ、前記壁の少なくとも一方は、流れの方向で見たときに、湾曲するように構成される請求項1から請求項8までのいずれか一項に記載の静的噴霧混合器。
- 前記溝(5)の広がりには、周方向に成分がある請求項1から請求項9までのいずれか一項に記載の静的噴霧混合器。
- 前記溝(5)は、前記長手方向軸(A)に関して実質的に渦巻き状の広がりを有する請求項1から請求項10までのいずれか一項に記載の静的噴霧混合器。
- 前記霧化スリーブは、前記混合器筐体(2)にねじなしで接続される請求項1に記載の静的噴霧混合器。
- 前記入口流路は、前記長手方向軸(A)に垂直な前記霧化スリーブ(4)の前記内面内に開口している請求項1から請求項12までのいずれか一項に記載の静的噴霧混合器。
