Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 流動性を有する少なくとも2つの成分の混合及び噴霧を行うための静的噴霧混合器であって、
前記成分の出口開口部(22)を有する遠位端(21)まで、長手方向軸(A)の方向に延在する管状混合器筐体(2)と、
前記成分の前記混合のために前記混合器筐体(2)内に配置構成された少なくとも1つの混合要素(3)と、
前記混合器筐体(2)をその端部領域において囲む内面を有する霧化スリーブ(4)とを備え、
前記噴霧スリーブ(4)は、加圧された霧化媒体の入口流路(41)を有し、
複数の溝(5)が、前記混合器筐体(2)の外面又は前記霧化スリーブ(4)の内面に設けられ、それぞれ前記遠位端の方へ延在し、前記霧化スリーブ(4)と前記混合器筐体(2)との間に、前記霧化媒体が前記霧化スリーブ(4)の前記入口流路(41)から前記混合器筐体(2)の前記遠位端(21)へ流れる際に通ることができる分離された流路(51)を形成し、
それぞれの流路は、流れの方向で長手方向軸(A)に関してそれぞれ変化する傾斜を有することを特徴とする静的噴霧混合器。 - それぞれの溝(5)は、流れの方向で見たときに、前後して隣接配置された3つのセクション(52、53、54)を有し、前記中間セクション(53)は前記2つの隣接するセクション(52、54)の傾斜に比べて大きい前記長手方向軸Aに関する傾斜を有する請求項1に記載の静的噴霧混合器。
- 前記中間セクション(53)は、45°より大きい前記長手方向軸(A)に関する傾斜を有する請求項2に記載の静的噴霧混合器。
- それぞれの溝(5)は、流れの方向で見たときに、前記長手方向軸(A)に関する傾斜が連続的に変化するセクション(56)を有する請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか一項に記載の静的噴霧混合器。
- 前記混合器筐体(2)は、前記遠位端(21)に向かって次第に細くなる遠位端領域(27)を有し、霧化スリーブの内面(4)は、遠位端領域(27)と連携するように構成される請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか一項に記載の静的噴霧混合器。
- 前記混合器筐体(2)の前記外面は、少なくとも部分的には円錐台表面として、又は遠位端領域(27)内で軸方向に湾曲した表面として構成される請求項5に記載の静的噴霧混合器。
- 前記混合器筐体(2)の前記遠位端(21)は、前記霧化スリーブ(4)を超えて突き出る請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか一項に記載の静的噴霧混合器。
- 前記流路(51)は、流れの方向で見たときに、最初に狭まり、その後広がる流れの断面を有するラバル・ノズルの原理により構成される請求項1から請求項7までのいずれか一項に記載の静的噴霧混合器。
- 前記溝(5)は、流れの方向で見たときに、前記周方向に関して狭くなる請求項1から請求項8までのいずれか一項に記載の静的噴霧混合器。
- それぞれの溝(5)は、2つの壁によって囲まれ、前記壁の少なくとも一方は、流れの方向で見たときに、湾曲するように構成される請求項1から請求項9までのいずれか一項に記載の静的噴霧混合器。
- 前記溝(5)の広がりには、前記周方向に成分がある請求項1から請求項10までのいずれか一項に記載の静的噴霧混合器。
- 前記溝(5)は、前記長手方向軸(A)に関して実質的に渦巻き状の広がりを有する請求項1から請求項11までのいずれか一項に記載の静的噴霧混合器。
- 前記霧化スリーブは、前記混合器筐体(2)にねじなしで接続される請求項1に記載の静的噴霧混合器。
- 前記入口流路(41)は、前記長手方向軸(A)に関して非対称的に配置構成される請求項1から請求項13までのいずれか一項に記載の静的噴霧混合器。
- 前記入口流路は、前記長手方向軸(A)に垂直な前記霧化スリーブ(4)の前記内面内に開口している請求項1から請求項14までのいずれか一項に記載の静的噴霧混合器。
