Claims (11)
- 鋼棒または鋼管にめっきを施すめっき部品の製造方法であって、
前記鋼棒または鋼管の軸方向において離間して少なくとも2箇所に焼入れを行い焼入部を形成する焼入れ工程と、
前記少なくとも2箇所の焼入部の間に塑性加工または切削加工を施す加工工程と、
前記焼入部の前記加工工程の加工部を挟んだ一方部分にはめっきを行わず、他方の全部または一部を含む部分にめっきを施してめっき部を形成するめっき工程と、を有することを特徴とするめっき部品の製造方法。 - 前記めっき工程の後に、前記各焼入部の焼戻しを行う焼戻し工程を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のめっき部品の製造方法。
- 前記焼戻し工程の後、前記一方部分の硬さを測定する測定工程を行うことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のめっき部品の製造方法。
- 前記焼入れ工程と前記めっき工程との間では、前記焼入部の他方に焼戻しを行わず、
前記焼戻し工程は、前記めっきにより前記鋼棒または鋼管に吸蔵された水素を放出するベーキングを兼ねることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のめっき部品の製造方法。 - 前記焼入れ工程の後であって前記めっき工程の前に、少なくともめっきを施す部分の一部に対し研削または研磨を行うめっき前研ぎ工程、または、
前記焼戻し工程の後に、前記めっき部に研削または研磨を行うめっき後研ぎ工程を行うことを特徴とする請求項2ないし4の何れかに記載のめっき部品の製造方法。 - 作動流体が封入されたシリンダと、
該シリンダ内に軸方向に摺動可能に挿嵌されたピストンと、
軸方向の一端が前記ピストンに連結され、他端が前記シリンダの外部に延出されたロッドと、を有するシリンダ装置の製造方法において、
鋼棒または鋼管の軸方向に離間して少なくとも2箇所に焼入れを行い焼入部を形成する焼入れ工程と、
前記少なくとも2箇所の焼入部の一方部分をめっきを行わない非めっき部とし、他方の全部または一部を含む部分にめっきを施してめっき部を形成するめっき工程と、により前記ロッドを製造し、
該ロッドは、前記めっき部と前記非めっき部との間に、焼入れおよびめっきが行われず、塑性加工または切削加工された加工部を有することを特徴とするシリンダ装置の製造方法。 - 前記加工部の塑性加工または切削加工は、前記焼入れ工程と前記めっき工程との間に行われることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のシリンダ装置の製造方法。
- 前記めっき工程の後に、前記各焼入部の焼戻しを行う焼戻し工程を行うことを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載のシリンダ装置の製造方法。
- 前記焼戻し工程の後、前記一方部分の硬さを測定する測定工程を行うことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のシリンダ装置の製造方法。
- 前記焼入れ工程と前記めっき工程との間では、前記焼入部の他方に焼戻しを行わず、
前記焼戻し工程は、前記めっきにより前記鋼棒または鋼管に吸蔵された水素を放出するベーキングを兼ねることを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載のシリンダ装置の製造方法。 - 前記焼入れ工程の後であって前記めっき工程の前に、少なくともめっきを施す部分の一部に対し研削または研磨を行うめっき前研ぎ工程、または、
前記焼戻し工程の後に、前記めっき部に研削または研磨を行うめっき後研ぎ工程を行うことを特徴とする請求項8ないし10の何れかに記載のシリンダ装置の製造方法。
