Claims (3)
- 内輪と外輪との間に配される複数の転動体と、前記内輪と外輪との間の環状空間の軸方向両側を塞ぐ一対のシールとを備え、前記各シールは弾性部材で形成された環状の取付部を有し、その取付部が前記外輪の内周面に設けられた環状溝に嵌め込まれており、前記環状空間に潤滑剤が封入され、前記内輪が固定されて外輪が回転する外輪回転用軸受において、
前記外輪の環状溝の軸方向内側の溝縁部は断面円弧状に形成されており、
前記各シールは、前記取付部と一体に形成される芯金を有し、
前記取付部は、軸方向内側に向かって突出する弾性リップが設けられ、前記弾性リップが前記溝縁部に密着して全体を覆っており、
前記芯金は、前記溝縁部よりも径方向外側に向かって延びており、かつ、前記芯金の外周部は、前記溝縁部から前記外輪の環状溝の溝底までの深さの少なくとも半分以上、径方向外側に位置していることを特徴とする外輪回転用軸受。 - 前記シールの芯金が取付部内で断面クランク状に折り曲げられたものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の外輪回転用軸受。
- 前記外輪の環状溝の内壁にローレット加工を施したことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の外輪回転用軸受。
