Description
前記第1の傾斜面と前記第2の傾斜面とが接することで形成される角部と、を有する傾斜面付きレンズの製造方法であって、
前記第1の傾斜面と前記第2の傾斜面を形成する2つの傾斜面を有する金型でレンズ素材に、前記光軸に沿う方向へのプレス圧力を加え、
前記第1の傾斜面と前記第2の傾斜面が、共に平面で、それぞれが前記光軸に垂直な面と0°より大きく90°より小さい傾斜角度をなして、前記角部が前記光軸から外れていると共に外方に向かって隆起してなり、前記光軸が、前記第1の傾斜面または前記第2の傾斜面のうち、面積が大きく、かつ、前記傾斜角度が小さい方の傾斜面のみを通過するように、前記第1の傾斜面と前記第2の傾斜面を成形することを特徴とする。

Claims (2)
- 光軸に垂直な面に対して傾斜する第1の傾斜面及び第2の傾斜面と、
前記第1の傾斜面と前記第2の傾斜面とが接することで形成される角部と、を有する傾斜面付きレンズの製造方法であって、
前記第1の傾斜面と前記第2の傾斜面を形成する2つの傾斜面を有する金型でレンズ素材に、前記光軸に沿う方向へのプレス圧力を加え、
前記第1の傾斜面と前記第2の傾斜面が、共に平面で、それぞれが前記光軸に垂直な面と0°より大きく90°より小さい傾斜角度をなして、前記角部が前記光軸から外れていると共に外方に向かって隆起してなり、前記光軸が、前記第1の傾斜面または前記第2の傾斜面のうち、面積が大きく、かつ、前記傾斜角度が小さい方の傾斜面のみを通過するように、前記第1の傾斜面と前記第2の傾斜面を成形することを特徴とする傾斜面付きレンズの製造方法。 - 前記光軸と直交する方向に形成される外形を、矩形とすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の傾斜面付きレンズの製造方法。
