Description
アルコールを脱水素化する方法に関する。本方法の一つ以上の実施様態は、アルコール含有流体を本明細書に記載の触媒と接触させてそのアルコールをエステルに脱水素化することを含む。このアルコール含有流体を1h−1LHSVで流し、水素含有ガスを4.2h−1GHSVで流すことができる。アルコール変換の方法に用いられる触媒を、水素含有流体中で還元してもよい。一つ以上の実施様態では、このアルコールが、例えばエタノールであり、生成するエステルが、例えば酢酸エチルである。

Claims (12)
- 分散度が少なくとも50%以上である分散性アルミナを解膠し、該アルミナを、CuOの前駆体、ZnOの前駆体及びZrO 2 の前駆体と反応させて製造され、及び10〜75質量%のCuO、5〜50質量%のZnO、1〜30質量%のZrO 2 及び5〜40質量%のアルミナを含む脱水素化触媒の製造方法であって、以下の工程a)、
a)pHが2〜5で、温度が20℃〜30℃の酸中で分散性アルミナを解膠してスラリーを形成することを含むことを特徴とする脱水素化触媒の製造方法。 - さらに、
b)pHが1.5未満で、温度が20℃〜30℃の範囲の、硝酸ジルコニルと水のスラリーを形成し、
c)上記a)のスラリーをb)のスラリーと混合して混合スラリーを作り、
該混合スラリーのpHを1.5未満に、温度を20℃〜30℃の範囲に維持することを含む請求項1に記載の方法。 - さらに、
d)1.5未満のpH、30℃〜50℃の温度で、硝酸銅と硝酸亜鉛の溶液を形成し、
e)上記d)の溶液をc)の混合スラリーと混合し、そのpHを1.5未満に維持し、温度を30℃〜50℃の温度に上げて、硝酸銅、硝酸亜鉛、硝酸ジルコニル及びアルミナを含む酸性スラリーを作ることを含む請求項2に記載の方法。 - さらに、
f)30℃〜50℃の範囲の温度で、炭酸ナトリウムまたは重炭酸ナトリウムの塩基性溶液を形成し、
g)別の容器に、30℃〜50℃の温度で滞留水を形成し、
h)同時に、上記e)の酸性スラリーとf)の塩基性溶液を、g)の滞留水が入ったその容器に加えて、pHが6〜7で30℃〜50℃の範囲の温度での析出反応を起こして、沈殿物スラリーを得ることを含む請求項3に記載の方法。 - さらに、
i)上記h)の沈殿物スラリーを15分間〜15時間、30℃〜70℃の範囲の温度で熟成し、
j)該沈殿物スラリーをろ過洗浄してろ過ケーキを得、
k)該ろ過ケーキを乾燥させ、
l)該乾燥ろ過ケーキを焼成して、炭酸塩を酸化物に分解することを含む請求項4に記載の方法。 - 分散度が少なくとも50%以上である分散性アルミナを解膠し、該アルミナを、CuOの前駆体、ZnOの前駆体及びZrO 2 の前駆体と反応させて製造され、及び10〜75質量%のCuO、5〜50質量%のZnO、1〜30質量%のZrO 2 及び5〜40質量%のアルミナを含む脱水素化触媒の製造方法であって、
a)pHが3で温度が25℃の酸中で分散性アルミナを解膠してスラリーを形成し、
b)pHが1.0で温度が25℃で硝酸ジルコニルと水のスラリーを形成し、
c)上記a)のスラリーとb)のスラリーを混合して新規スラリーとし、該新規スラリーのpHを1.0に、温度を25℃に維持し、
d)pHが1.0で温度が40℃で、硝酸銅と硝酸亜鉛の溶液を形成し、
e)pHを1.0に維持して温度を40℃に上げながら上記d)の溶液をc)の新規スラリーと混合して、硝酸銅、硝酸亜鉛、硝酸ジルコニル及びアルミナを含む酸性スラリーを作り、
f)40℃で炭酸ナトリウムまたは重炭酸ナトリウムの塩基性溶液を形成し、
g)40℃で別の容器に滞留水を形成し、
h)同時に、上記e)の酸性スラリーとf)の塩基性溶液を、g)の滞留水が入った容器に添加して、pHが6.5で温度が40℃で析出反応を起こして、沈殿物スラリーを与え、
i)上記h)の沈殿物スラリーを2時間、60℃の温度で熟成し、
j)該スラリーを濾過洗浄してろ過ケーキを形成し、
k)該ろ過ケーキを乾燥させ、
l)該乾燥ろ過ケーキを焼成して、炭酸塩を酸化物に分解することを含むことを特徴とする脱水素化触媒の製造方法。 - 上記分散性アルミナの一部が非分散性アルミナで置換されている請求項5に記載の方法。
- 上記分散性アルミナの一部が非分散性アルミナで置換されている請求項6に記載の方法。
- 上記分散性アルミナの99質量%以下が非分散性アルミナで置換されている請求項5に記載の方法。
- 上記分散性アルミナの99質量%以下が非分散性アルミナで置換されている請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前もって水素含有流体中で還元された触媒にアルコール含有流体を接触させて、該アルコールをエステルに変換することを含むアルコールの脱水素化方法であって、
前記触媒は、分散度が少なくとも50%以上である分散性アルミナを解膠し、該アルミナを、CuOの前駆体、ZnOの前駆体及びZrO 2 の前駆体と反応させて製造され、及び10〜75質量%のCuO、5〜50質量%のZnO、1〜30質量%のZrO 2 及び5〜40質量%のアルミナを含む脱水素化触媒であることを特徴とするアルコールの脱水素化方法。 - 該アルコールがエタノールを含み、該エステルが酢酸エチルを含む請求項11に記載の方法。
