Claims (7)
- 被検体の睡眠及び覚醒状態を識別する装置であって、
前記被検体の睡眠環境に組み込まれ、前記被検体の身体運動に関連する信号を生成するベッド内フォイル状センサと、
ECGセンサと、
前記ベッド内フォイル状センサ及び前記ECGセンサからの信号を受信し、これらの信号から少なくとも1つのフィーチャを抽出し、前記抽出されたフィーチャを分類し、前記被検体が覚醒しているか又は睡眠しているかの見込みの標示を提供する計算手段とを有する、装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つのフィーチャの抽出は、心肺状態と、前記ECGセンサからの信号及び前記ベッド内フォイル状センサからの呼吸信号の双方から計算されるコヒーレントパワースペクトルとを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ECGセンサによって提供されるECG信号は、前処理を受け、前記前処理は、Rピーク検出、異所性拍動除去、線形補間及び予め規定された周波数でのリサンプリングを含み、その結果、RR間隔シリーズを与える、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記RR間隔シリーズは、周波数及び時間ドメインにおける心拍変動性標準を使用して更に処理される、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 装置が被検体の睡眠及び覚醒状態を識別する方法であって、
前記装置が、前記被検体の睡眠環境に組み込まれるとともに前記被検体の身体運動に関連する信号を生成するベッド内フォイル状センサからの信号を受信するステップと、
前記装置が、ECGセンサからの信号を受信するステップと、
前記装置が、これらの信号から少なくとも1つのフィーチャを抽出するステップと、
前記装置が、前記抽出されたフィーチャを分類するステップと、
前記装置が、前記被検体が覚醒しているか又は睡眠しているかの見込みの標示を提供するステップとを含む、方法。 - コンピュータプログラムがコンピュータ上で実行されたときに請求項5に記載の方法を実施するためのプログラムコードを有する、コンピュータプログラム。
