Description
Claims (3)
- シャフトと、
前記シャフトに軸支されたプーリと、
前記シャフトに係合するワンウェイクラッチを介して前記シャフトに軸支されたクラッチキャリアと、
前記プーリと前記クラッチキャリアの間に係合する捻りバネと、
前記プーリに固定されるとともに前記クラッチキャリアと前記シャフトの間に配置されたスラストブッシュとを備え、前記スラストブッシュはスラストブッシュ係止部を有し、前記クラッチキャリアはクラッチキャリア係止部を有し、前記スラストブッシュと前記クラッチキャリアが相対回転変位可能であることにより、前記スラストブッシュ係止部と前記クラッチキャリア係止部は無負荷状態において、前記捻りバネが前記クラッチキャリアから解放しないように協働的に接触し、
前記捻りバネは解放方向に負荷をかけることができ、
前記捻りバネと前記プーリは捻りバネの外径面とプーリの内径面の間に所定のクリアランスを有し、
前記捻りバネの外径面とプーリの内径面は、前記捻りバネのトルク負荷に依存する径方向の拡大によって連続的に摩擦係合する
アイソレータ・デカップラ。 - 前記プーリはニードル軸受を介して前記シャフトに軸支される請求項1に記載のアイソレータ・デカップラ。
- シャフトと、
前記シャフトに軸支されたプーリと、
ワンウェイクラッチを介して前記シャフトに軸支されたクラッチキャリアと、
前記プーリと前記クラッチキャリアの間に係合する捻りバネと、
前記プーリに連結されるとともに前記クラッチキャリアと前記シャフトの間に配置され、係止部を備えるスラストブッシュとを備え、
前記スラストブッシュと前記クラッチキャリアが相対回転変位可能であり、
前記クラッチキャリアは、無負荷状態において前記捻りバネが前記クラッチキャリアから解放しないように、前記スラストブッシュ係止部に協働的に係合して前記プーリに対する前記クラッチキャリアの相対回転を制限する係止部を備え、
前記捻りバネは解放方向に負荷をかけることができ、
前記捻りバネと前記プーリは捻りバネの外径面とプーリの内径面の間に所定のクリアランスを有し、
前記捻りバネの外径面とプーリの内径面は、前記捻りバネのトルク負荷に依存する径方向の拡大によって連続的に摩擦係合する
