Description
Claims (5)
- ソーダ石灰シリカ系ガラスに着色成分が含有されてなる紫外線赤外線吸収ガラスであって、該着色成分は該紫外線赤外線吸収ガラスの質量に対して、CeO2を0.05〜0.9%、Fe2O3(全酸化鉄)を0.50〜1.20%、FeO(2価の鉄)を0.08〜0.30%、TiO2を0.1〜1.5%、CoOを10〜25ppm、及びCr2O3を0.1〜50ppm含有し、3価鉄に対する2価鉄の質量比(Fe2+/Fe3+)が0.20〜0.45となるものであり、JIS Z 8701のD65光源に準拠して測定した主波長が510〜560nmであり、板厚が2.5〜5mmの時のISO9050−1990に準拠して測定した紫外線透過率が20%未満であることを特徴とする紫外線赤外線吸収ガラス。
- 前記紫外線赤外線吸収ガラスは、厚みが5mm以下であるとき、JIS R3211に準拠して測定される可視光線透過率が70%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の紫外線赤外線吸収ガラス。
- 前記紫外線赤外線吸収ガラスは、JIS R3106に準拠して測定される日射透過率が55%未満であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の紫外線赤外線吸収ガラス。
- 前記紫外線赤外線吸収ガラスは、質量%表示で、SiO2が65〜80%、Al2O3が0〜5%、MgOが0〜10%、CaOが5〜15%、Na2Oが10〜18%、及びK2Oが0〜5%を含有し、MgO+CaOが5〜15質量%、Na2O+K2Oが10〜20質量%であるソーダ石灰シリカ系ガラスに、前記着色成分を含有させたものであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の紫外線赤外線吸収ガラス。
- 請求項4に記載の紫外線赤外線吸収ガラスからなるガラス板を、強化処理する工程を経て製造することを特徴とする窓ガラスの製造方法。
