Claims (4)
- 尿素水を選択還元触媒に供給して排気ガス中のNOXを浄化する選択還元触媒システムの尿素水経路における尿素水圧力を変動させる際に、その変動の上限よりも高い圧力で前記尿素水を供給して前記尿素水経路を満たした後に前記尿素水圧力を前記変動の上限と前記変動の上限よりも低く且つ正である値に設定された変動の下限との間で変動させて前記尿素水経路に存在する異物を除去することを特徴とする異物除去方法。
- 前記尿素水経路における尿素水圧力の上昇と低下を規定回数だけ繰り返すことで、前記尿素水経路における尿素水圧力を変動させる請求項1に記載の異物除去方法。
- 排気管に接続された選択還元触媒と、
前記選択還元触媒の上流側で尿素水を噴射するドージングバルブと、
尿素タンク内の尿素水を吸い上げて前記ドージングバルブに尿素水を供給すると共に余剰の尿素水を前記尿素タンク内に戻すサプライモジュールと、
前記ドージングバルブと前記サプライモジュールを制御するドージングコントロールモジュールと、
を備える選択還元触媒システムにおいて、
前記ドージングコントロールモジュールは、前記選択還元触媒システムの尿素水経路における尿素水圧力を変動させる際に、その変動の上限よりも高い圧力で前記尿素水を供給して前記尿素水経路を満たした後に前記尿素水圧力を前記変動の上限と前記変動の上限よりも低く且つ正である値に設定された変動の下限との間で変動させて前記尿素水経路に存在する異物を除去する異物除去モードを実行するように構成されたことを特徴とする選択還元触媒システム。 - 前記ドージングコントロールモジュールは、前記尿素水経路における尿素水圧力の上昇と低下を規定回数だけ繰り返すことで、前記尿素水経路における尿素水圧力を変動させる請求項3に記載の選択還元触媒システム。
