Description
NCO:OH、0.95:1で、22.6%のMDIと溶融において反応させた、ポリエステル(イソフタル酸、アジピン酸、ジエチレングリコール、OH価138)、77.4%から、OH末端化熱可塑性PUを製造する。
粘度:50,000mPas(コーン/プレート、140℃、シェア速度50s-1)
NCO:OH、0.8:1で、10.3%のMDIと溶融において反応させた、ポリエステル(イソフタル酸、アジピン酸、ジエチレングリコール、OH価64)、89.7%から、OH−末端化熱可塑性PUを製造する。
粘度:15,000mPas(コーン/プレート、140℃、シェア速度50)
0.5%のアミノシランおよび0.5%の安定剤(Irganox 1010)と共に、実施例1のTPUから、ホットメルト接着剤を製造する。
a)PEに対するAlフィルム
b)金属化OPPに対するOPPフィルム
c)OPPに対するPAフィルム。
NCO:OH比が0.95:1において、MDIと溶融において反応させた、ポリエステル(イソフタル酸、アジピン酸、ジエチレングリコール、OH価138)77.0%、およびヘキサンジオール0.7%から、OH末端化熱可塑性PUを製造する。
Claims (14)
- 5000〜40,000g/molの平均分子量を有する熱可塑性ポリウレタン(TPU)を少なくとも75重量%含有し、140℃で10,000mPas〜150,000mPasの粘度を有するホットメルト接着剤の、フィルム基材の接着結合用の接着剤としての使用であって、前記熱可塑性ポリウレタンは、0.75〜0.95:1のNCO:OH比で芳香族ポリイソシアネートおよびポリエステルジオールから製造され、前記ホットメルト接着剤を80〜200℃の温度まで加熱し、基材上に薄層で塗布する使用。
- ホットメルト接着剤は、さらに、25重量%以下の添加剤および追加物質を含有する、請求項1に記載の使用。
- ホットメルト接着剤は、溶媒、可塑剤、ワックスおよび樹脂を含まない、請求項1に記載の使用。
- 塗布した接着剤の層厚は20μm未満である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 熱可塑性ポリウレタンは、ポリオール成分としてポリエステルポリオールを含有する、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 熱可塑性ポリウレタンは、8個以下の炭素原子を有する脂肪族ジオールおよび/またはトリオール0.5〜10重量%をさらに含有する、請求項5に記載の使用。
- 薄層で塗布後、冷却されたホットメルト接着剤は耐ブロッキング性である、請求項5に記載の使用。
- 両面に結合したホットメルト接着剤の層は、凝集破壊によって分離することができる、請求項7に記載の使用。
- NCO-OH比は0.85〜0.99:1である、請求項5〜8のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 接着剤層は熱活性可能である、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の使用により、TPU接着剤を用いて互いに面的に接合することを含む、プラスチックフィルムおよび金属蒸着箔または金属箔を含有する複合フィルムの製造方法。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の使用により、TPU接着剤を用いて、少なくとも1つのエッジ領域で互いに接合することを含む、プラスチック基材およびフィルムで構成された複合フィルムの製造方法。
- フィルムは、接着結合層における凝集破壊によって分離することができる、請求項12に記載の製造方法。
- 食品または医薬品産業における包装用複合フィルムを製造するための、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の使用。
