を満たす溶融鋳造耐火製品。 - 前記比A/Bが1.40未満である、請求項1に記載の製品。
- Nb2O5+Ta2O5>0.5%である、請求項1または2に記載の製品。
- Nb2O5+Ta2O5<1.2%である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- シリカSiO2の重量含有量が6.0%未満である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- シリカSiO2の重量含有量が4.5%超である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- シリカSiO2の重量含有量が4.8%超である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- B2O3の重量含有量が1.0%未満である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- Na2O+K2Oの重量含有量が0.1%未満である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- 前記酸化物に基づく重量百分率で、
92.0%<ZrO2+HfO2<94.7%、
4.5%<SiO2<6.5%、
Al2O3<0.6%、
0.3%<B2O3<0.6%、および
0.5%<Ta2O5
を含み、かつ下記要件:
Nb2O5+Ta2O5<1.4%、
Na2O+K2O<0.05%、
CaO+SrO+MgO+ZnO+BaO<0.2%、
ZrO2、HfO2、SiO2、Al2O3、B2O3、Ta2O5、Nb2O5、Na2O、K2O、CaO、SrO、MgO、ZnOおよびBaO以外の酸化物種;100%までの補完分、および
Al2O3/B2O3の重量含有量の比A/Bが1.2以下である
を満たす、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の製品。 - Y2O3の重量含有量が0.25%未満である、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- 鉄および/またはチタンの酸化物の重量含有量Fe2O3+TiO2が0.4%未満であり、P2O5の重量含有量が0.05%未満であり、カルシウムおよび/またはストロンチウムおよび/またはバリウムおよび/またはマグネシウムおよび/または亜鉛の酸化物の合計重量含有量CaO+SrO+BaO+MgO+ZnOが0.3%未満であり、ZrO2、HfO2、SiO2、Al2O3、B2O3、Ta2O5、Nb2O5、Na2O、K2O、BaO、P2O5、Fe2O3およびTiO2以外の酸化物種の合計重量含有量が0.6%未満である、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- BaO<0.1%であり、P2O5<0.05%であり、Fe2O3+TiO2<0.2%であり、ZrO2、HfO2、SiO2、Al2O3、B2O3、Ta2O5、Nb2O5、Na2O、K2O、BaO、P2O5、Fe2O3およびTiO2以外の酸化物種が不純物のみで構成され、ZrO2、HfO2、SiO2、Al2O3、B2O3、Ta2O5、Nb2O5、Na2O、K2O、BaO、P2O5、Fe2O3およびTiO2以外の酸化物種の合計含有量が0.3%未満である、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- 溶解ガラスと接触するよう意図された領域内に請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の製品を含むガラス溶解炉。
