Description
本明細書において開示する別の実施形態は、基板上に設けられた光学光源をモニタする方法を含む。光を光学光源から少なくとも1つの角度劈開端を備えた光ファイバに差し向ける。光を光ファイバの底面で反射してこれを光学光源の近くで基板上に設けられた検出器に向ける。光学光源からの光の第1の部分は、光ファイバの底面により全反射される。光のこの第1の部分を光学光源の近くで基板上に設けられた第1の検出器で検出することができる。光学光源からの光の第2の部分は、光ファイバの底面によりフレネル反射される。光のこの第2の部分を光学光源の近くで基板上に配置された第2の検出器で検出することができる。
Claims (2)
- 基板上に設けられた光学光源をモニタする方法であって、
前記光学光源からの光を少なくとも1つの角度劈開されたファイバ端を有する光ファイバに差し向けるステップと、
前記光ファイバの底面により全反射された光を前記光学光源の近くで前記基板上に配置された第1の検出器で検出するステップと、
前記光ファイバの前記底面によりフレネル反射された光を前記光学光源の近くで前記基板上に配置された第2の検出器で検出するステップと、を備えている、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記光ファイバは、前記光ファイバの前記少なくとも1つの角度劈開ファイバ端のところに設けられた複数個の劈開された面を更に有し、
前記複数個の劈開面のうちの第1の面は、前記光ファイバの長手方向軸線に関し、前記複数個の劈開面のうちの第2の面とは異なる角度で形成されている、
請求項1記載の方法。
