Claims (19)
- 0.1%未満の炭素含有量である非合金鋼材または低合金鋼材の冷間圧延鋼板から包装用鋼材を製造する方法であって、当該鋼板は、
まず、金属コーティングでコーティングされ、
続いて、再結晶工程において、600℃以上の温度で、75K/s以上の加熱速度にて、焼鈍処理されることで前記金属コーティングは溶融され、
その後に、前記コーティングされて焼鈍処理された鋼板は急冷される、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記コーティングされた鋼板は、前記再結晶焼鈍処理後に、少なくとも100K/sの冷却速度で急冷され、
前記鋼板内には多相構造が形成され、前記多相構造は、フェライトと、マルテンサイト、ベイナイト及び/又は残留オーステナイトの構造成分の少なくとも1つと、を含んでいる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記コーティングされた鋼板は、前記再結晶焼鈍処理後に700K/s以上の冷却速度で急冷される、
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。 - 前記鋼材は、
0.4質量%未満のMnと、
0.04質量%未満のSiと、
0.1質量%未満のAlと、
0.1質量%未満のCrと、
を含んでいる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記多相構造は、80%以上が構造成分であるフェライト、マルテンサイト、ベイナイト及び/又は残留オーステナイトで成る、
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。 - 前記鋼板は、B及び/又はNb及び/又はTiを含有する低合金鋼材から製造される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記鋼板は、冷間圧延された薄鋼板または超薄鋼板である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記再結晶焼鈍処理は電磁誘導によって実施される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記コーティングされた鋼板は、前記再結晶焼鈍処理中にオーステナイト変態点(A 1 )以上の温度に加熱される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記再結晶焼鈍処理および前記急冷後に、前記鋼板は少なくとも500MPaの引張強度と、5%以上の破断点伸びとを備えている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記鋼板は、以下記載の上限の質量部分の合金成分を含んだ低合金鋼材から製造されることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の方法:
N : 最大 0.02%
Mn: 最大 0.4%
Si: 最大 0.04%
Al: 最大 0.1%
Cr: 最大 0.1%
P : 最大 0.03%
Cu: 最大 0.1%
Ni: 最大 0.1%
Sn: 最大 0.04%
Mo: 最大 0.04%
V : 最大 0.04%
Ti: 最大 0.05%
Nb: 最大 0.05%
B : 最大 0.005%
不純物を含む他の合金成分の合計量: 最大0.05% - 前記鋼板は、前記再結晶焼鈍処理後に、冷却流体によって、または、不活性気体のジェット流による冷却によって、100K/sから1200K/sの冷却速度で冷却される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記再結晶焼鈍処理は、0.5秒から1.5秒間実施され、それにより前記鋼板は少なくとも700℃の温度に加熱される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記金属コーティングは、Sn、ZnまたはAlで製造された耐食層である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記金属コーティングは、前記鋼板に電気メッキによって提供される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記金属コーティングでコーティングされた前記鋼板の表面は、前記冷却中または冷却後に酸で処理される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記鋼板の前記コーティングされた表面の冷却および酸処理は、冷却酸槽に前記コーティングされた鋼板を沈漬することで実行される、
ことを特徴とする請求項16記載の方法。 - 請求項1から17のいずれか1項に記載の方法で製造された鋼板の包装用鋼板としての利用。
- 請求項1から17のいずれか1項に記載の方法で製造された鋼板の利用であって、食品用の缶の製造用、飲料用の缶の製造用、化学製剤または生物学製剤を含む他の物質用の缶の製造用、エアゾールの缶の製造用および密封装置の製造用としての利用。
