Claims (6)
- 電気接続箱の部品装着ブロックにおけるねじ締めブロック収容空間を有するねじ締めブロック装着部に、ねじ締めブロックを組み付けて、該部品装着ブロックを該ねじ締めブロックごとフレームの内側に収容し、該ねじ締めブロックの縦方向の軸心を有するねじ部材にバスバー等の接続体をねじ締め接続する電気接続箱のねじ締めブロック組付構造において、
前記ねじ締めブロック装着部に横方向の側部開口が設けられ、該側部開口から前記ねじ締めブロック収容空間に前記ねじ締めブロックが横向きに組み付けられることを特徴とする電気接続箱のねじ締めブロック組付構造。 - 前記ねじ締めブロック装着部内にガイド部が横向きに設けられ、該ガイド部にスライド係合する横向きのスライド係合部が前記ねじ締めブロックに設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の電気接続箱のねじ締めブロック組付構造。
- 左右一対のねじ締めブロックが隣接して各ねじ締めブロック装着部に組み付けられ、各ねじ締めブロック装着部の間の共通隔壁に、各ねじ締めブロックの対向する側の前記スライド係合部に対する前記ガイド部が高さ方向に交互に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の電気接続箱のねじ締めブロック組付構造。
- 前記側部開口が前記フレームの側壁で塞がれることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の電気接続箱のねじ締めブロック組付構造。
- 前記側部開口において前記フレームの側壁の内面が前記ねじ締めブロックの外面に近接ないし接触することを特徴とする請求項4記載の電気接続箱のねじ締めブロック組付構造。
- 前記フレームの側壁の内面に縦方向のリブが設けられ、前記側部開口において該リブが前記ねじ締めブロックの外面に接触することを特徴とする請求項4記載の電気接続箱のねじ締めブロック組付構造。
