Description
すなわち、微粉砕したバイオマスの酵素糖化上の優位点、高糖化速度で酵素糖化できること、および、残存未糖化バイオマスを酵素阻害物質の生成抑制できる緩和条件で熱水処理することを利用してセルロース系バイオマスの高糖化率を効率的に達成することである。

Claims (3)
- セルロース系バイオマス原料であるエンプティー・フルーツ・バンチ(Empty Fruit Bunch(EFB))を0.5mm以下に微粉砕した微粉を酵素糖化する第1酵素糖化工程と、
該第1酵素糖化工程において排出される未糖化セルロース、ヘミセルロース、リグニンを含む固体と6炭糖を含む液体とに分離する固液分離工程と、
該固液分離工程において分離された未糖化セルロース、ヘミセルロース、リグニンを含む固体を150℃〜180℃の温度にて加圧熱水処理する熱水処理工程と
該熱水処理工程において排出される未溶解セルロースを含む固体、およびリグニン、ヘミセルロースを溶解した液体を酵素糖化して糖類を含む糖液に酵素分解する第2酵素糖化工程を経ることを特徴とするセルロース系バイオマス原料を用いた糖液の製造方法。 - セルロース系バイオマス原料であるエンプティー・フルーツ・バンチ(Empty Fruit Bunch(EFB))を0.5mm以下に微粉砕した微粉を酵素糖化する第1酵素糖化装置と、
該第1酵素糖化装置から排出される未糖化セルロース、ヘミセルロース、リグニンを含む固体と6炭糖を含む液体とに分離する第1固液分離装置と、
該第1固液分離装置において分離した固体を150℃〜180℃の温度にて加圧熱水処理する熱水処理装置と、
該熱水処理装置から排出される未溶解セルロースを含む固体とリグニン、ヘミセルロースを溶解した液体とに分離する第2固液分離装置と、
該第2固液分離装置により分離された固体中のセルロースを酵素糖化して6炭糖を含む糖液に酵素分解する第2酵素分解装置とを具備することを特徴とするバイオマス原料を用いた糖液の製造装置。 - 第2の固液分離装置により分離されたリグニン、ヘミセルロースを溶解した液体中のヘミセルロース成分を酵素処理して5炭糖を含む糖液に分解する第3酵素分解装置を具備することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバイオマス原料を用いた糖液の製造装置。
