Description
また、この化粧シートにおいては、A成分は、下記式(2)で表される構造を骨格中に有する化合物を有効成分とすることが好ましい。
このような化合物は、例えば、フェノール類の縮合物や重合体、又は共重合体等を原料として芳香環の二重結合を水素添加反応させて得ることができる。
これら芳香族化合物の単量体及び縮重合体は単独のみならず、2種以上を混合して使用することができる。
以下、実施例により本発明をさらに詳しく説明するが、本発明はこれらの実施例に何ら限定されるものではない。
(1)オリゴマー樹脂
・第一工業製薬社製「R1306X」ウレタンアクリレート
(2)反応性モノマー
・新中村化学社製「A−DCP」トリシクロデカンジメタノールジアクリレート
・東亞合成社製「M−220」トリプロピレングリコールジアクリレート
・第一工業製薬社製「L−C9A」2個のメタアクリロイル基を有する脂肪族炭化水素モノマー
(3)抗アレルゲン剤(A成分)
(4)抗アレルゲン剤(A成分以外のもの)
・丸善化学株式会社製「マルカリンカーS−2P」(ポリ-4−ビニルフェノール)
(5)ガラスビーズ(B成分)
・ポッターズ社製「EBM−10」(平均粒径5μm)
・ポッターズ社製「EBM−20」(平均粒径10μm)
・ユニチカ社製「SPL−30」(平均粒径30μm)
(6)非晶質シリカ−アルミナ又はアルミノケイ酸塩(C成分)
・水澤化学工業社製4A型ゼオライト粉末「シルトンM」(:平均粒径2.5μm)
・水澤化学工業社製 5A型ゼオライト焼成粉末「シルトンEPT」(平均粒径2.8μm)
(7)光重合開始剤
・イルガキュア184
上記の配合成分を表1及び表2に示す配合量(質量部)で配合し、均一に混合することにより紫外線硬化性樹脂組成物を調製した。
化粧シートの断面を切断し、化粧シートの最表面に配設された層の塗膜厚さを走査線電子顕微鏡(SEM)により測定した。
○:初期のダニ抗原濃度に比較して、6時間後にダニ抗原濃度の不活化率が90%以上低下した。
△:初期のダニ抗原濃度に比較して、6時間後にダニ抗原濃度の不活化率が80%以上90%未満低下した。
×:初期のダニ抗原濃度に比較して、6時間後にダニ抗原濃度の不活化率が80%以上低下しなかった。
トルエンを含んだ不織布を化粧シートの塗膜に接触させた状態で100往復させた後、化粧シートの塗膜表面の外観状態を目視により下記の基準により評価した。
◎:外観異常なし
○:やや白化あり
×:白化あり
化粧シートを180度折り曲げ、折り曲げ時の白化具合を目視で評価した。
○:白化なし
△:やや白化あり
×:白化あり
東工大式すべり試験機を用いて、滑り抵抗値(CSR)を測定し滑り性を評価した。
○:0.25≦CSR≦0.40
×:CSR<0.25, 0.40<CSR
評価結果を表1及び表2に示す。

Claims (4)
- 基材シートの表面に単一層又は複数層からなる機能層を備え、前記機能層の最外表面を構成する層が、紫外線硬化型樹脂と、下記式(1)で表される構造を骨格中に有する化合物を有効成分とする抗アレルゲン剤(A)と、ガラスビーズ(B)と、アルミノケイ酸塩及び非晶質シリカ−アルミナのうち少なくともいずれかの化合物(C)と、を必須成分として含有する紫外線硬化性樹脂組成物の硬化物塗膜であり、前記A成分が、前記紫外線硬化性樹脂組成物において前記紫外線硬化型樹脂100質量部に対して2質量部以上10質量部以下の範囲で含有されており、前記B成分の平均粒径が前記硬化物塗膜の膜厚の1/3以上2/3以下であり、前記C成分の平均粒径が前記硬化物塗膜の膜厚以下であることを特徴とする化粧シート。
- 前記C成分の前記B成分に対する質量比率(C成分/B成分)が、0.1以上2以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の化粧シート。
- 前記硬化物塗膜の厚さが、5μm以上20μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の化粧シート。
