Description
実施例および比較例ともに表1に記載された成分を100〜130℃に保持した8インチオープンロールに投入して混練し、混練後100℃に保持した40mm押出機(L/D=24)を用いて、導体径0.26mmの単線を7本撚った銅線上に厚さ1.0mmで押出被覆した。続いてこれを12気圧の蒸気加硫缶に3分間投入し架橋処理してノンハロゲン難燃電線(試料)を作製した。
表2に示した配合の樹脂組成物を用いて、実施例1〜6と同様にして試料を作製した。
試料をEN60811−2−1に準拠した垂直燃焼試験を行い、垂直における難燃性を評価した。評価の基準は、1分以内に自己消火したものを合格(○)、1分を超えるものを不合格(×)とした。
試料から導体を抜き取って得られたチューブをJIS C3005に準拠して引張試験を行った。引張速度は200mm/minとした。引張強さと伸び率の目標は、それぞれ10MPa以上、350%以上とした。
押出速度40m/minでやや引き落としながら押出したときに試料表面の状態を目視にて観察し、外観が平滑であれば合格(○)、荒れている場合は不合格(×)とした。

Claims (2)
- 導体の外周にメタロセン触媒により重合されたエチレンと炭素数が3から8のα−オレフィンとの共重合体を主成分とし、酢酸ビニル量が40%以上のエチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体を5wt%以上30wt%以下含有するベースポリマ100重量部に対し、金属水酸化物を150重量部以上200重量部以下、鉱油を1重量部以上20重量部以下混和してなる無リン系ノンハロゲン難燃樹脂組成物を被覆してなる絶縁層を備えた電線であって、前記絶縁層は架橋されてなり、JIS C3005に準拠した引張試験において伸び率350%以上の伸び特性を有することを特徴とする無リン系ノンハロゲン難燃絶縁電線。
- 導体の外周に絶縁層を備えた絶縁電線の外周に、メタロセン触媒により重合されたエチレンと炭素数が3から8のα−オレフィンとの共重合体を主成分とし、酢酸ビニル量が40%以上のエチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体を5wt%以上30wt%以下含有するベースポリマ100重量部に対し、金属水酸化物を150重量部以上200重量部以下、鉱油を1重量部以上20重量部以下混和してなる無リン系ノンハロゲン難燃樹脂組成物を被覆してなるシース層を備えたケーブルであって、前記シース層は架橋されてなり、JIS C3005に準拠した引張試験において伸び率350%以上の伸び特性を有することを特徴とする無リン系ノンハロゲン難燃ケーブル。
