Description
項1. 基材シートの片面の一部又は全面に粘着部を有し、該粘着部の表面が剥離材で覆われている、注射位置のガイド用貼付材であって、前記貼付材が縦方向と横方向に一定間隔で配置された複数の注射用の孔を有することを特徴とする、注射位置のガイド用貼付材。
項2. 隣接する注射用の前記孔の間に、縦方向及び/又は横方向の線を前記基材シートに形成してなる、項1に記載の貼付材。
項3. 前記基材シートが縦方向と横方向の線を格子状または略格子状に有し、注射用の前記孔が格子状の線の交点又は交点付近に位置する、項2に記載の貼付材。
項4. 前記基材シートが柔軟性である、項1〜3のいずれかに記載の貼付材。
項5. 前記基材シートの非粘着側に支持体をさらに有し、前記支持体と前記基材シートが剥離可能に接着されている、項1〜4のいずれかに記載の貼付材。
項6. 前記剥離材が、貼付材の外縁において少なくとも2方向に設けられている、項1〜5のいずれかに記載の貼付材。
項7. 前記剥離材が、貼付材の中心部とその両側に別々に剥離可能に設けられ、粘着部を段階的に露出することができる、項1〜6のいずれかに記載の貼付材。
項8. 基材シートの全面が剥離材で覆われ、かつ、基材シートの端部に非粘着部を縦方向及び/又は横方向に有し、前記非粘着部に対応する剥離材を持ちながら基材シートを貼付することができる、項1〜7のいずれかに記載の貼付材。
項9. 末梢動脈閉塞疾患を治療するための項1〜8のいずれかに記載の貼付材。
項10. 上肢または下肢の一部に巻き付けて使用される、項1〜9のいずれかに記載の貼付材。
先ず、本発明の貼付材1を前腕、下腿または上腿などの末梢動脈が閉塞した部位に巻き付ける。その場合、剥離材の一部を剥離して端部、中央部分などの一部を末梢動脈閉塞部位に貼付する。その後、剥離材を剥離しながら貼付材を少しずつ巻き付けていく。この巻き付け時に、基材シート4に皺がよらないように注意しながら貼付する。貼付材を少しずつ巻き付けるのは、貼付材1の粘着部5同士が粘着しないようにするためである。このようにして注射用の孔2が等間隔になるように、かつ、孔の間の線が縦方向(関節から先端の方向)及び横方向(巻き付ける方向)になるように、貼付材を末梢閉塞性動脈疾患部位に貼着する。次に、注射用の孔2に対し、患者本人の血管の再生可能な細胞(例えば骨髄細胞)を注入する。その際、骨の部分は血管の再生の必要性が乏しいので、骨に対応する孔には注射をせず、筋肉に対応する注射用の孔2に注射を行う。例えば下腿の場合、膝の下あたりからくるぶしの上あたりまで本発明の貼付材を巻き付け、その下(くるぶしのあたりから脚の先端)については、縦方向(膝からくるぶしの方向)の線の延長線上に、同様な間隔で注射を行う。この際、縦方向と横方向(巻き付ける方向)に線が付してあると、等間隔の注射位置を容易に決定できる。隣接する注射用の孔の間隔は、特に限定されないが、例えば10〜50mm程度、好ましくは12〜40mm程度、より好ましくは15〜35mm程度である。
実施例1
図1Aに示される本発明の注射位置のガイド用貼付材を42歳男性閉塞性動脈硬化症右上肢と89歳の女性右下肢に使用し、多数の注射用の孔2に患者本人から分離した骨髄細胞を注入して血管の再生を行った。

Claims (8)
- 基材シートの片面の一部又は全面に粘着部を有し、該粘着部の表面が剥離材で覆われている、末梢動脈閉塞疾患の治療において、末梢動脈が閉塞したもしくは閉塞しつつある上肢または下肢の一部に巻き付けて使用されるように構成された、注射位置のガイド用貼付材であって、前記貼付材が縦方向と横方向に一定間隔で配置された複数の注射用の孔を有することを特徴とし、
該基材シートは厚さが5〜150μmの樹脂フィルムから構成され、
該粘着部は感圧性粘着性剤、ゲル粘着剤及びハイドロコロイド接着剤からなる群から選択される接着剤を用いる貼付材。 - 隣接する注射用の前記孔の間に、縦方向及び/又は横方向の線を前記基材シートに形成してなる、請求項1に記載の貼付材。
- 前記基材シートが縦方向と横方向の線を格子状または略格子状に有し、注射用の前記孔が格子状の線の交点又は交点付近に位置する、請求項2に記載の貼付材。
- さらに格子状の線の略中央に位置する注射用の孔を有する、請求項3に記載の貼付材。
- 前記基材シートが柔軟性である、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の貼付材。
- 前記剥離材が、貼付材の外縁において少なくとも2方向に設けられている、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の貼付材。
- 前記剥離材が、貼付材の中心部とその両側に別々に剥離可能に設けられ、粘着部を段階的に露出することができる、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の貼付材。
