Description
Claims (18)
- ガス状媒質もしくは極低温で液化された媒質用の多段ピストン圧縮機であり、共同して駆動するために1個の共有されたドライブトレインと相互作用する少なくとも2個の圧縮機段を有し、各圧縮機段が、前記ドライブトレインと機械的に連結されて、縦方向に移動し得るように圧縮機シリンダ内に配置されているピストンを1個ずつ有する圧縮機であって、
各圧縮機段(A,B,C,D)のピストン(3A,3B,3C,3D)それぞれは圧縮機シリンダ(2A,2B,2C,2D)内にある非圧縮性の液体から成る液柱(9A,9B,9C,9D)に接続されており、
該液柱は、前記ピストン(3A,3B,3C,3D)の往復動を圧縮機シリンダ(2A,2B,2C,2D)内に配置されている圧縮機ピストン(10A,10B,10C,10D)の運動に、それらピストンが縦方向に移動し得るように変換し、及び前記液柱(9A,9B,9C,9D)が、圧縮機ピストン(10A,10B,10C,10D)の圧縮機行程(VH)を変更するために排出路(15)と接続し得ることを特徴とする多段ピストン圧縮機。 - 前記液柱(9A,9B,9C,9D)を前記排出路(15)に接続するための1個ずつの弁装置(23A,23B,23C,23D)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多段ピストン圧縮機。
- 圧縮機シリンダ(2A,2B,2C,2D)がそれぞれ1個ずつの分岐排出管路(22A,22B,22C,22D)によって1個の集合排出管路(21)と接続されており、前記分岐排出管路(22A,22B,22C,22D)内には1個ずつの弁装置(23A,23B,23C,23D)が設置されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の多段ピストン圧縮機。
- 弁装置(23A,23B,23C,23D)が制御弁、特に遮断位置と流通位置とを有する滑り弁またはボール弁として設計されていることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の多段ピストン圧縮機。
- 前記弁装置(23A,23B,23C,23D)が電子制御装置(41)によって作動され得ることを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の多段ピストン圧縮機。
- 集合排出管路(21)が、1個の容器(20)、特にプリテンション圧が加えられている容器に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項3〜5のいずれか1項に記載の多段ピストン圧縮機。
- 少なくとも1個の追加弁装置(50A)が集合排出管路(21)内または分岐排出管路(22A,22B,22C,22D)内に設置されていることを特徴とする請求項3〜6のいずれか1項に記載の多段ピストン圧縮機。
- 前記追加弁装置(50A)がオーバーフロー弁(51A)、特に圧力安全弁として設計されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の多段ピストン圧縮機。
- 前記追加弁装置(50A)が制御弁(52A)、特に圧力制御弁として設計されていることを特徴とする請求項7または8のいずれかに記載の多段ピストン圧縮機。
- 前記追加弁装置(50A)が流量制御弁として設計されていることを特徴とする請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載の多段ピストン圧縮機。
- ドライブトレイン(4)が、駆動モータ(5)によって駆動されている1個のクランク軸または偏心軸(6)を含んで成り、ピストン(3A,3B,3C,3D)がそれぞれの連結棒(7A,7B,7C,7D)によって前記クランク軸または偏心軸(6)に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の多段ピストン圧縮機。
- 液柱(9A,9B,9C,9D)が1個の供給源(25)と接続され得ることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の多段ピストン圧縮機。
- 前記供給源(25)が容器(20)に通じる1基の供給ポンプ(26)を含んで成り、該供給ポンプは1個の供給管路(27)を経由して送液し、前記圧縮機シリンダ(2A,2B,2C,2D)はそれぞれの分岐供給管路(28A,28B,28C,28D)によって供給管路(27)に接続されており、前記分岐供給管路(28A,28B,28C,28D)にはそれぞれ1個ずつの弁装置(29A,29B,29C,29D)が組み込まれていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の多段ピストン圧縮機。
- 圧縮機段(A,B,C,D)が直列に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の多段ピストン式圧縮機。
- 圧縮機段(A,B,C,D)が並列に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の多段ピストン圧縮機。
- 圧縮機(1)がイオン性圧縮機として設計されており、該圧縮機内ではそれぞれの圧縮機段(A,B,C,D)に対応する圧縮機ピストン(10A,10B,10C,10D)が、圧縮機シリンダ(2A,2B,2C,2D)内にあるイオン性操作液の液柱(30A,30B,30C,30D)と接触していて、媒質(M)を圧縮するために使用されることを特徴とする請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の多段ピストン圧縮機。
- 液柱(9A,9B,9C,9D)と排出路(15)との接続が、ドライブトレイン(4)の駆動を継続しながら、1個の圧縮機段(A,B,C,D)または複数個の圧縮機段(A,B,C,D)を部分的もしくは完全に不作動化することを可能にすることを特徴とする請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の多段ピストン圧縮機。
- 複数個ある圧縮機段(A,B,C,D)すべての液柱 (9A,9B,9C,9D)と排出路(15) との接続が、ドライブトレイン (4)の駆動を継続しながら、圧縮機(1)の緊急時シャットダウンを開始することを可能にすることを特徴とする請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の多段ピストン圧縮機。
