Description
耐火骨材として、マグネシアクリンカーと鱗状黒鉛と金属Alを用いた。ここで、マグネシアクリンカーとしては純度が98%で、粒度が、5〜1mm(5mmの篩を通過し1mmの篩を通過しないもの)、1〜0.1mm(1mmの篩を通過し0.1mmの篩を通過しないもの)、0.1mm以下(0.1mmの篩を通過するもの)のものを、表1の質量比率で混合して用いた。また鱗状黒鉛としては純度が98%で、平均粒径が0.2mmのものを、金属Alとしては純度が99.8質量%で、平均粒径が0.05mmのものを、表1の配合量で用いた。尚、平均粒径はレーザー回折・散乱法で測定した数値である。
反応容器に焙焼デキストリン(日澱化學(株)製「ブリティッシュガムNo69」)400質量部、上白糖(三井製糖(株)製)600質量部、水250質量部及びエチレングリコール250質量部を仕込み、約60分を要して90℃まで昇温させ、そのまま90分間保つことによって、焙焼デキストリン・砂糖溶解液を得た。この焙焼デキストリン・砂糖溶解液の25℃における粘度は5.0Pa・sであった。
耐火骨材として、マグネシアクリンカーと鱗状黒鉛と金属Alを表2の質量比率で用いた。またバインダーとして表2のように、焙焼デキストリン(日澱化學(株)製「ブリティッシュガムNo69」)、焙焼デキストリン・フェノール反応物、上白糖、砂糖・フェノール反応物、フェノール樹脂を表2の配合量で用いた。
耐火骨材として、アルミナクリンカーと鱗状黒鉛と金属Alを用いた。ここで、アルミナクリンカーとしては純度が98%で、粒度が、5〜1mm、1〜0.1mm、0.1mm以下のものを、表3の質量比率で混合して用いた。また鱗状黒鉛としては純度が98%で、平均粒径が0.2mmのものを、金属Alとしては純度が99.8質量%で、平均粒径が0.05mmのものを、表3の配合量で用いた。
耐火骨材として、アルミナクリンカー及びマグネシアクリンカーと鱗状黒鉛と金属Alを用いた。ここで、アルミナクリンカーとしては純度が98%で、粒度が、5〜1mm、1〜0.1mm、0.1mm以下のものを、マグネシアクリンカーとしては純度が98%で、粒度が、5〜1mm、1〜0.1mm、0.1mm以下のものを、表4の質量比率で混合して用いた。また鱗状黒鉛としては純度が98%で、平均粒径が0.2mmのものを、金属Alとしては純度が99.8質量%で、平均粒径が0.05mmのものを、表4の配合量で用いた。
Claims (8)
- 耐火骨材にバインダーを配合した耐火物用組成物において、バインダーとして、でんぷん類と砂糖類が5:95〜90:10の質量比率で併用して含有されていると共に、でんぷん類及び砂糖類をそれぞれ単独で重合反応させて高分子化させる、及びでんぷん類と砂糖類とを重合反応させて高分子化させるカルボン酸が含有されているものを用いることを特徴とする耐火物用組成物。
- でんぷん類として、未加工でんぷん、焙焼デキストリン、酸化でんぷん、酸処理でんぷん、アルファ化でんぷんから選ばれるものを用いることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の耐火物用組成物。
- でんぷん類と砂糖類の合計量100質量部に対して、カルボン酸が0.01〜10質量部含有されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の耐火物用組成物。
- バインダー中のでんぷん類及び/又は砂糖類は、一部がカルボン酸によって高分子化反応していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の耐火物用組成物。
- でんぷん類の少なくとも一部としてでんぷん類とフェノール類を反応させたもの及び/又は砂糖類の少なくとも一部として砂糖類とフェノール類を反応させたものを用いることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の耐火物用組成物。
- バインダー中に、フェノール樹脂を含有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の耐火物用組成物。
- 耐火骨材として、少なくとも炭素質材料が配合されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の耐火物用組成物。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の耐火物用組成物が、成形されると共に熱処理されて成ることを特徴とする耐火物。
