Claims (10)
- 強化繊維素材に熱可塑性樹脂を含浸させてなる繊維強化された樹脂基材又は樹脂成形体を製造する方法であって、
前記熱可塑性樹脂の溶融体上に前記強化繊維素材を載置してこれを加圧し、前記溶融樹脂を前記強化繊維素材に含浸させた後、前記溶融樹脂を含浸させた強化繊維素材を冷却・固化してなる樹脂基材又は樹脂成形体を製造する方法。 - 熱可塑性樹脂の溶融体は、塗膜であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の樹脂基材又は樹脂成形体を製造する方法。
- 熱可塑性樹脂の溶融体上に載置された強化繊維素材を加圧する際に、その強化繊維素材の側面に樹脂圧が作用するように加圧することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の樹脂基材又は樹脂成形体を製造する方法。
- 強化繊維素材の加圧は、空気抜き用の凹凸又は溝を設けた加圧体を介して行うことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂基材又は樹脂成形体を製造する方法。
- 強化繊維素材は、同種又は異種の素材を積層してなるものであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂基材又は樹脂成形体を製造する方法。
- 強化繊維素材は、炭素繊維からなるものであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂基材又は樹脂成形体を製造する方法。
- 請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の溶融体を保持する受部材と、空気抜き用の凹凸又は溝を設けた加圧体を介して強化繊維素材を加圧する加圧手段と、前記溶融体を形成するTダイと、を有する可塑化吐出機。
- 加圧手段は、加圧体の空気抜き用の凹凸部又は溝部に連通する真空手段を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の可塑化吐出機。
- 強化繊維素材を加熱する加熱手段を有することを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の可塑化吐出機。
- 強化繊維を含有した熱可塑性樹脂からなる溶融体上に強化繊維素材を載置し、その強化繊維素材を加圧して前記溶融樹脂を前記強化繊維素材に含浸させた後、前記溶融樹脂を含浸させた強化繊維素材を冷却・固化し、繊維含有率の高い層が積層されてなる繊維強化された樹脂基材又は樹脂成形体を製造する方法。
