Claims (10)
- 内輪と、これに対向した外輪と、前記内輪と外輪の各軌道面に介在する円すいころとからなる円すいころ軸受において、内輪と外輪の各軌道面と円すいころの間に弾性紐材料を周方向に配置し、弾性紐材料が、使用前の状態において、内輪と外輪の各軌道面と円すいころとの接触を防止し、使用時に引き抜かれることを特徴とする使用前の円すいころ軸受。
- 保持器が、円すいころが組込まれた複数のセグメントからなる請求項1記載の使用前の円すいころ軸受。
- 弾性紐材料が、内輪と外輪の各軌道面の全周に亘って配置されている請求項1又は2記載の使用前の円すいころ軸受。
- 弾性紐材料が、リング形状に形成されている請求項3に記載の使用前の円すいころ軸受。
- 弾性紐材料が、内輪と外輪の各軌道面に複数本配置されている請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の使用前の円すいころ軸受。
- 弾性紐材料の断面形状が、丸形、又は角形、平形の形状で、断面径又は厚みが少なくとも1mm以上有する請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の使用前の円すいころ軸受。
- 弾性紐材料の素材が、ニトリルゴム、ナイロン、ポリウレタンなどの弾性体である請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の使用前の円すいころ軸受。
- 弾性紐材料は、内輪と外輪を締結部材により締結した使用前の梱包状態において変形しても、内輪と外輪の各軌道面と円すいころとの間に隙間を有する請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の使用前の円すいころ軸受。
- 弾性紐材料は、内輪と外輪を締結部材により締結した使用前の梱包状態において、締結前の断面径又は厚みの少なくとも50%を保持する弾性体からなる請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の使用前の円すいころ軸受。
- 鉱山機械、建設機械、製紙機械、風力発電装置などの大型機器装置に使用される請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の使用前の円すいころ軸受。
