Claims (3)
- ガイドワイヤを挿通するために先端及び基端に開口する中央孔を有し、搬送カテーテルに収納した状態で人体の管腔内に挿入されるカテーテルと、
人体の管腔内の塞栓を捕捉するために、前記カテーテルの先端近傍の外面に装着されたフィルタ部と、
前記カテーテルの前記基端に接続された分岐部と、
前記分岐部に接続されたチューブと、薬液を前記チューブに導入するための導入口と、前記カテーテルの先端開口から採取される血液を前記チューブから導出するための導出口と、前記チューブと前記導入口又は前記導出口との接続を選択的に切り替える切替部とを有する液体導入手段と、を備え、
前記分岐部が、接続された前記カテーテルの基端開口に連通しかつ前記ガイドワイヤのみを通すための挿通孔と、前記チューブを前記カテーテルの基端開口に連通させるように接続するための接続部と、前記チューブから前記カテーテルを通して前記管腔内に投与される前記薬液又は前記管腔から前記カテーテルを通して前記チューブに導出される血液が前記挿通孔から外部へ漏出するのを防止するためのシール材とを有し、
前記フィルタ部が、弾性又は形状記憶性を有するワイヤをネット状に編み込んだネット部と、前記ワイヤの近位側及び遠位側端部をそれぞれ前記カテーテルの外面に結束させる近位側及び遠位側結束部と、前記カテーテルの外面に前記近位側結束部と前記遠位側結束部との間に設けられたストッパーと、を有し、
前記近位側又は遠位側結束部の一方が前記カテーテルの外面に固定され、前記近位側又は遠位側結束部の他方が前記カテーテルの外面に該カテーテルの軸方向にスライド可能にかつ前記ストッパーにより所定の距離以上に移動しないように設けられ、それによって前記ネット部が、前記カテーテルの先端及び前記フィルタ部が前記搬送カテーテルの先端から前記管腔内に送り出されると、前記管腔内で血流を通過させながら塞栓を捕捉し得るように前記カテーテルの外面から拡張し、前記カテーテルの先端及び前記フィルタ部が前記搬送カテーテル内に引き込まれると、前記搬送カテーテル内に収納されるように前記カテーテルの外面に収縮する、ことを特徴とするカテーテル装置。 - 前記ネット部は、弾性又は形状記憶性を有する、ニッケルチタンワイヤ、チタンワイヤ、プラチナ又は金から構成されるワイヤとニッケルチタン合金の複合素材のワイヤ、金メッキを施したニッケルワイヤ、又はチタン合金のワイヤの何れかから形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル装置。
- 前記フィルタ部は、前記カテーテル内を通してその先端から露出させた塞栓切除器具が切除した塞栓を捕捉することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のカテーテル装置。
