本发明公开了一种防止异位栓塞的纤维慢性栓塞装置,包括线状栓塞剂、输送管以及注射管,线状栓塞剂设置在输送管内,输送管的后端连接注射管的出口,输送管包括连接部、容存部以及输出部,输送管的前后端设置有封闭帽,容存部的两端分别连接输出部和连接部,连接部与注射管的输出端连接,注射管的后端设置有加压装置;线状栓塞剂设置在输送管内,加压装置向输送管加压能将线状栓塞剂输入血管内,本发明将栓塞剂设计成一根或一束长丝状结构,注入血管后长丝充填血管,短期内仍有血流通过,随着长丝附着血栓的逐渐形成,血流逐渐被完全阻断,形成慢性栓塞的效果;长丝相互牵扯,长丝状纤维相互缠绕,预防异位栓塞的发生,避免组织急性缺血坏死。

技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械领域,具体涉及一种防止异位栓塞的纤维慢性栓塞装置。
背景技术
介入或外科手术中常用栓塞血管的办法治疗肿瘤及血管等疾病,传统栓塞剂为碘化油、生物胶、明胶海绵等。栓塞剂进入血管后完全阻断血流,造成栓塞部位缺血坏死,同时栓塞材质有可能受血流冲刷脱落形成栓子,随着血流进入肺、脑、肢体等部位,造成肺栓塞、脑栓塞、肢体坏疽等致命风险。随着栓塞技术的扩展,血管栓塞也应用于非肿瘤性疾病以降低器官血流量,调整器官功能。这就需要造成栓塞部位的慢性缺血并给器官充分的缺血代偿时间,才能避免器官急性缺血坏死。另外,需要栓塞剂局限于栓塞部位避免异位栓塞。这是现有栓塞剂很难满足的。
发明内容
为了解决了现有技术中存在的问题,本发明公开了一种防止异位栓塞的纤维慢性栓塞装置,通过将栓塞材料设计成一束或多束长丝状结构,注入血管后长丝充填血管,但长丝间的空隙中仍有血流通过,并缓慢形成血栓逐渐堵塞空隙,造成慢性栓塞的效果,避免组织器官急性缺血坏死,而且长丝状栓塞物各部分牵连成一整体,不会局部脱落形成异位栓塞。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是,一种防止异位栓塞的纤维慢性栓塞装置,包括线状栓塞剂、输送管以及注射管,线状栓塞剂设置在输送管内,输送管的两端均设置有可拆卸的封闭帽;使用时,输送管的后端打开并连接注射管的出口,输送管包括连接部、容存部以及输出部,容存部的两端分别连接输出部和连接部,连接部与注射管的输出端连接,注射管的后端设置有加压装置。
容存部和连接部的直径大于输出部的直径,容存部至输出部的直径逐渐减小,连接部的外侧设置有手持耳。
加压装置为医用脉冲泵,医用脉冲泵的输出端连接注射管的入口。
线状栓塞剂上沿长度方向为螺旋形、链形、单股的丝或多股丝状。
线状栓塞剂的前端分为若干股丝,所述股丝上涂覆有抗凝血涂层或促进凝血涂层。
线状栓塞剂的表面设置有打磨形成的毛细纤维。
线状栓塞剂的材料采用聚乙烯、蚕丝、尼龙、聚乙醇酸或合成聚酯。
线状栓塞剂直径小于1mm。
线状栓塞剂的后端设置有卡头。
容存部内填充有推送保存液。
与现有技术相比,本发明至少具有以下有益效果:线状栓塞剂设置在输送管内,加压装置向输送管加压能将线状栓塞剂输入血管内,本发明通过将栓塞剂设计成一束长丝状结构,注入血管后长丝充填血管,短期内仍有血流通过,随着长丝附着血栓的逐渐形成,血流逐渐被完全阻断,形成慢性栓塞的效果;另外由于长丝的相互牵扯,整个栓塞剂为一个整体,长丝状纤维每根纤维相互缠绕,预防异位栓塞的发生;整根纤维,纤维为生物惰性不可降解,能在X光下显影,直径小,柔韧性很好,能随压力进入血管、小血管、毛细血管或血窦;长丝状纤维允许血流通过,丝状物上逐渐形成血栓,造成栓塞部位慢性缺血,避免组织急性缺血坏死。
进一步的,容存部和连接部的直径大于输出部的直径,容存部至输出部的直径逐渐减小,输出部的压力瞬间增大,有助于使线状栓塞剂快速到达指定位置。
进一步的,线状栓塞剂上沿长度方向为螺旋形、链形、单股的丝或多股的丝状,在压力作用以及血管阻力作用下,形成螺旋形栓塞,栓塞时间短,效果好,而且不易发生移位。
进一步的,线状栓塞剂的材料采用聚乙烯、蚕丝或尼龙均为非吸收型材料,使其成为永久栓塞,采用聚乙醇酸或合成聚酯使其能够被人体吸收,在完成栓塞作用后消失。
进一步的,丝状栓塞剂的粗细根据栓塞血管的粗细而定,栓塞血管越粗,则丝状栓塞剂越粗,栓塞血管越细或要求栓塞部位越接近毛细血管,则丝状栓塞剂越细。
进一步的,根据需要栓塞部位慢性栓塞的快慢可以选择,光滑的丝状栓塞剂和不同毛绒度的丝状栓塞剂,需要越慢的栓塞则选择光滑的丝状栓塞剂,如需更快栓塞则将丝状栓塞剂外表面打磨形成毛细纤维,形成毛绒外部结构,毛绒度越明显,则栓塞时间越短。
进一步的,丝状栓塞剂尾端设置卡头,能用于固定丝状栓塞剂的位置,进一步防止其发生移位,而且还能随时取出。
进一步的,线状栓塞剂的前端涂覆有抗凝血涂层或促进凝血涂层,使其能够在血管内防止血液附着凝固或者促进附着的血液快速凝固。
进一步的,容存部内填充有推送保存液,推送保存液利于栓塞物的向前推送。

如图1所示,一种防止异位栓塞的纤维慢性栓塞装置,包括线状栓塞剂1、输送管2以及注射管3,线状栓塞剂1设置在输送管2内,输送管2的两端均设置有可拆卸的封闭帽;使用时,输送管2的后端打开并连接注射管3的出口,输送管2包括连接部23、容存部22以及输出部21,容存部22的两端分别连接输出部21和连接部23,连接部23与注射管3的输出端连接,注射管3的后端设置有加压装置;容存部22和连接部23的直径大于输出部21的直径,容存部22至输出部21的直径逐渐减小,连接部23的外侧设置有手持耳4;待线状栓塞剂1即将注入前,打开输送管2前端的封闭帽;线状栓塞剂1储存于输送管2,使用时后接以生理盐水注射器,加速推注冲入血管。

可选的实施例,线状栓塞剂1上沿长度方向设置有螺旋形缺陷,具体的,沿着长度方向,线状栓塞剂1的直径呈均匀间隔变化,相邻两段的直径不同,并且所述间隔为螺旋型走向,直径较小的部位收到液体冲力时,会先弯曲变形,容易形成栓塞,而且所述栓塞不易游走。
丝状栓塞剂储存于容存部22,使用时注射管中充入生理盐水,加速推注冲入血管。
如图2a所示,丝状栓塞剂注入血管后在血管内呈漂浮状态,因相互纠缠不能分离;如图2b所示,血栓沿丝状栓塞物形成,起到部分阻塞血管的作用;如图2c所示,沿丝状栓塞物形成的血栓逐渐增多,完全阻塞血管。
本发明通过将栓塞剂设计成一束长丝状结构,注入血管后长丝充填血管,短期内仍有血流通过,随着长丝附着血栓的逐渐形成,血流逐渐被完全阻断,造成慢性栓塞的效果;另外由于长丝的相互牵扯,整个栓塞剂为一个整体,能预防异位栓塞的发生。

1.一种防止异位栓塞的纤维慢性栓塞装置,其特征在于,包括线状栓塞剂(1)、输送管(2)以及注射管(3),线状栓塞剂(1)设置在输送管(2)内,输送管(2)的两端均设置有可拆卸的封闭帽;使用时,输送管(2)的后端打开并连接注射管(3)的出口,输送管(2)包括连接部(23)、容存部(22)以及输出部(21),容存部(22)的两端分别连接输出部(21)和连接部(23),连接部(23)与注射管(3)的输出端连接,注射管(3)的后端设置有加压装置;线状栓塞剂(1)上沿长度方向为螺旋形、链形、单股的丝或多股的丝状;线状栓塞剂(1)的表面设置有打磨形成的毛细纤维;线状栓塞剂(1)的前端分为若干股丝,所述股丝上涂覆有抗凝血涂层或促进凝血涂层;加压装置为医用脉冲泵,医用脉冲泵的输出端连接注射管(3)的入口。

4.根据权利要求1所述的防止异位栓塞的纤维慢性栓塞装置,其特征在于,线状栓塞剂(1)直径小于1mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防止异位栓塞的纤维慢性栓塞装置,其特征在于,线状栓塞剂(1)的后端设置有卡头。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防止异位栓塞的纤维慢性栓塞装置,其特征在于,容存部(22)内填充有推送保存液。
