Claims (10)
- アルミニウムを取得する際滓又はアルミニウム塩スラグの形で生じるアルミニウムスラグ(41)を処理する方法において、溶融過程において生じるアルミニウムスラグ(41)が、周囲大気に対して遮断されて、吸取り装置(20,30)を備えたハウジング(32)内に設けられる冷却コンベヤ(16)上へ運ばれ、アルミニウムスラグ(41)の供給に続く冷却コンベヤ(16)の第1の区間(18)が不活性ガスで冷却され、その第2の区間(29)が空気を導入されて引続くアルミニウムスラグ(41)の冷却に用いられ、第1の区間(18)において、大気酸素の導入によってもアルミニウムスラグ(41)が化学的にもはや変化不可能である600℃〜300℃の温度範囲へアルミニウムスラグ(41)の冷却が行われ、第2の区間(29)において、冷却されたアルミニウムスラグ(41)が冷却コンベヤを離れた後アルミニウムスラグ中のアルミニウム成分を回収するため該アルミニウムスラグ(41)の更に処理可能な150℃以下の温度への冷却が行われるように、冷却コンベヤ(16)の第1の区間(18)及び第2の区間(29)の長さが設計されている、方法。
- 溶融過程において生じるアルミニウムスラグ(41)が、蓋(13)により周囲大気に対して閉鎖可能な容器(12)に集められ、アルミニウムスラグでこの容器を満たした後閉じられる容器(12)が、周囲大気に対して閉じられる収容空間(15)内で冷却コンベヤ(16)上へアルミニウムスラグを排出することによって空にされる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 溶融過程において生じるアルミニウムスラグ(41)が、蓋(13)により周囲大気に対して閉鎖可能な容器(12)に集められ、アルミニウムスラグで満たした後閉じられる容器(12)が、冷却コンベヤ(16)のハウジング(32)に形成されて周囲大気に対して閉鎖されかつ容器(12)を載せられた場合にのみ開放可能な引渡し場所(50)上へ載せられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 引渡し場所(50)へ載せられる容器(12)において、容器(12)の底(52)に設けられる開放機構(53)と容器(12)の載置範囲において引渡し場所(50)に設けられる開放機構(51)が開かれ、冷却コンベヤ(16)上へアルミニウムスラグを排出することによって容器(12)を空にした後再び閉じられる、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 引渡し場所(50)及び容器(12)にある開放機構(51,53)がそれぞれ平滑弁として形成されている、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 冷却コンベヤ(16)の第1の区間(18)のアルミニウムスラグ(41)を冷却する不活性ガスとしてアルゴンが使用される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 冷却コンベヤ(16)の第1の区間(18)から吸取られる不活性ガスが、再処理装置(22,24)を経て導かれ、回収される不活性ガスが再び冷却コンベヤ(16)へ供給される請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 不活性ガスの再処理装置が、熱回収段(22)及びガス洗浄器(24)を含んでいる、
請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 - 冷却コンベヤ(16)の第2の区間(29)から吸取られる冷却空気が空気浄化装置を
経て導かれる、請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 - 冷却空気が熱回収段を経て導かれる、請求項9に記載の方法。
